Research On Post Evaluation Of Water Conservancy Construction Project Based On The Sustainable Development

Post-evaluation Project plays a critical role in summing up success and failure experiences of the management and improving the scientific level of decision-making. post-evaluation of investment projects is increasingly emphasized by various domestic industries. Since the entrance into 21st century, China, with the great emphasis on the water scientific-technical innovation, has changed the direction of water control, realized the changeover from traditional water enterprise to the modern and sustainable water enterprise; it has increased the investment in water resources greatly and the developed the construction of water infrastructure on a large scale. In order to improve continuously the decision-making and management level of our water conservancy construction projects, we have to pay much attention to the importance of the post project evaluation, strengthen continuously the research on the relevant theories and methods, conform to the development direction of our water conservancy construction and introduce the concepts of sustainable water enterprise into the research of post evaluation.This paper with the post-evaluation of water conservancy construction project as its object and sustainable-development conception as its basic guiding ideology, makes a deep research into the relevant theories, mechanisms, methods and application. It expects to perfect the theories, methods and application systems of post-evaluation project and to provide guidance and reference for the post-evaluation of water conservancy construction project in our country.First, this paper uses the systematic control theory and the sustainable development theory to make a research on the respective characteristics of management and assessment of post project evaluation, and advances a dynamic management based on the systematic control theory and a theoretical framework based on sustainable project evaluation.
