In the new era from industrial economy to knowledge economy of human society, the production, spread, exchanging and utilizing of knowledge has been the important motive force of the economic growth. As people paid more and more attention to the function of knowledge, the knowledge management has already been put in a primary position in management. Learning organization theory is the new management theory developing since the 1990s. The appearance of learning organization theory caused extensive concern of the western management educational circles and even the whole society immediately. From then on, no matter on theory circle or the business circles, the exploring of learning organization were increasing constantly, and enriched the theory of learning organization. In recent years, many enterprises in our country are full of interests in knowledge management and learning organization. But the enterprises that took actions are fewer really, but it is hopeful to form a upsurge in the near future.Knowledge management and learning organization have indivisible close relations. Learning organization is one of the carriers, in which knowledge management can be implemented, but knowledge management is also the core of Learning organization. This thesis studies enterprise's learning organization mode based on knowledge management and organizes a new mode for enterprise's organizational innovation. It has important strategic meanings to improve the staff quality, enrich the theory and practice of the enterprise's core competence, strengthen our country's national power and international competitiveness, and carry out the strategy of talent build up a mighty country.The thesis studies learning organization mode based on knowledge management and put the thought and method of knowledge management into the building and revolution of learning organization. First of all, state the basic theories of knowledge management and learning organization and the current studying in domestic and international, and then explain the theory of core competence and strategic alliances. It established the solid foundation on the setting-up of the theory frame of this thesis.Secondly, the thesis describing the current situation of knowledge management and learning organization in Chinese enterprise's practice, using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to estimate the situation and analyzed the problem existing at present, this provide a basis for building the learning organization systematic frame on knowledge management. Then the thesisprecedes motive study on learning organization and knowledge management from internal and external environment of enterprise and the connection relationship of knowledge and study. On this basis, the thesis structures the systematic frame of learning organization based on knowledge management, this system is combined with the conformity mode and revolution mode.And then, in the conformity mode, on the basis of analyzing the existing learning organization mode, the thesis establishes the conformity domain of idea, organization construction, organization learning and knowledge flowing and strategic. At the same time, put the phased conformity process as the new cutting entry, divide the process into four stages: starting, developing, maturity and sustained developing and point out the conformity range, characteristic and method of each stages, hi the revolution mode, this thesis proposes the two-dimension analytic method: one dimension is the revolution mode of knowledge flows, witch include inside and external knowledge flows. It likes a blood circulatory system. Another dimension is organization learning. It likes a digestive system. In accordance with different stages, use the two-dimension analytic method to analyze its organization revolution mode.On the basis of qualitative analysis, the thesis has also used the fuzzy neuron network (FNN) and data envelopment analysis (DEA) model to analyze the conformity stages and comprehensive revolution performance of the learning organization based on knowledge management and carried on a real example. This has offered a scientific estimate method in analyzing the conformity stages and comprehensive revolution performance of enterprise in building learning organization based on knowledge management. Finally, the thesis brings forward a set of countermeasures and suggestions for Chinese enterprise to set up learning organization based on knowledge management.
