Zhen Dexiu was a virtuoso of Neo-Confucianism, famous politician and renowned writer. He was descendant of Zhi Xi and especially adored Zhu Xi. He developed Zhu Zi's Neo-Confucianism and enlarged its influence, especially he propelled that the Neo-Confucianism was fixed as orthodoxy and Neo-Confucianism was widely accepted by people. Due to important status of Zhen Dexiu in Neo-Confucianism, Zhen Dexiu was systemic research as object in order to profoundly analyze the development of the Neo-Confucianism. In framework of Zhu Zi's Neo-Confucianism, Zhen Dexiu combined doctrine of Buddhism and Daoism, developed Zhu Zi's Neo-Confucianism from mental learning and practical learning and came into being Zhen Dexiu's unique thinking. The thinking adapted to times and caused secular tendency. The personal quality, political renown and abundant works of Zhen Dexiu derived of his practice to Zhu Zi's Neo-Confucianism. The quintessence of Zhu Zi 's Neo-Confucianism was embodied by attitude toward life, politics and literature, these behavior of Zhen Dexiu testified that Zhu Zi 's Neo-Confucianism could resolve some problem such as improving personality and managing country. As representative personality of Neo-Confucianism, Zhen Dexiu' s literature conception mainly inherited of Zhu Xi. Comparing with Zhu Xi, his literature conception became more confirmation and narrowness. Through analysizing Zhen Dexiu' s literature conception. Mainstream ethos of Song Dynasty could be demonstrated.Chapter One: Successor and exalter of Zhu Zi's Neo-Confucianism- ZhenDexiu: Zhen Dexiu's thinking mainly derived from Zhu XL and he widely absorbed Confucianism, Lu"s mental learning, Buddism, Daoism and others ancient philosophy, so he could become virtuoso of Neo-Confucianism. Zhen Dexiu inherited of Zhu Zi %s Neo-Confucianism on many aspects, such as ontology, methodology, epistemology, humanity viewpoint, quality viewpoint and so on, but he didn't only plagiarize Zhu Xi's theory, he made blurring Zhu Zi's Neo-Confucianism to clarity, and developed Zhu Xi's theory of mental learning and practical learning, especially Zhen Dexiu's mental learning. The mental learning was important transition from Zhu Xi's Neo-Confucianism to Wang Yangming's mental learning; While practical learning of Zhen Dexiu caused landlord of Ming's dynasty to consider some problems- how to regulate country through practical learning.Chapter Two: practice and evidence of Zhu Zi's Neo-Confucianism- Zhen Dexiu: Zhu Xi's Neo-Confucianism was reproached that it had obvious shortcomings such as empty talk and heterodoxy, Zhen Dexiu refuted the misapprehension by himself behavior. He put Zhu Zi's Neo-Confucianism into practice through three aspects-personal livelihood, politics and articles. He chased personal perfection and hoped having saint's quality. After king's Ji event, he had an obvious transformation from extroversion to introversion, The reason of introversion lay that he tried to improve himself quality, it chiefly embodied three aspects: Self-disciplining, filial piety and amicable neighborhood. In politics, he mainly embodied carrying out kind politics. Kind politics of Zhen Dexiu included allowing for people, making people rich, dispensing people and stabilizing peole. To his articles, he popularized Zhu Xi's Neo-Confucianism by daxueyanyi, Diishuji, SishujibiaiuXinjing, Zhengjing^ Wenzitangrftengzong and XuwenzJiangzJiengzong..These articles showed how to manage country, and these articles also amplified influence of Neo-Confucianism, propelled Zhu Zi's Neo-Confucianism as orthodoxy.Chapter Three: propeller of orthodoxy and secular accelerator-Zhen Dexiu: Neo-Confucianism obtained dominant ideological position during Emperor Lizongof Song Dynasty through perennial and difficult course, it brought forth huge effect. It's status was embodied by two aspects: One was that the Neo-Confucianism was fixed as orthodoxy for nearly six hundred years, the other was Neo-Confucianism was accepted by the public. The result was propelled by Neo-Confucian such as Zhen Dexiu and Wei Liaoweng, especially Zhen Dexiu. He recognized that Neo-Confucianism must be obtained corroboration and certainty of the best governor, so he often expounded importance of Neo-Confucianism by means of teacher's status, claimed Neo-Confucianism taking the place of Confucianism. On the other hand, he utilized official status to convey Zhu Zi's Neo-Confucianism, the way accelerated propagation in public.Chapter Four: Succession and development of Zhu zi's literature viewpoint-Zhen Dexiu: Zhen Dexiu divided articles into two types- articles of moralist and articles of literati. He claimed that articles should concentrate their efforts to morality and neglected the flamboyant style. He ejected magnificent eloquence and skills, appreciated artless style. His composition skill contributed to training heart, reading, observation, obtaining help from teachers or friends and edifying own character by traveling, Among Zhen Dexiu emphasized training heart. In spite of existing different critique, Zhen Dexiu emphasized moral evaluation of articles, he took morality place of eloquence and skill, abolished artistic peculiarity. He selected Wenzhangzltengzong and Xuwenzhangzliengzong, Kthese anthology embodied his criterion. The criterion was that the articles subsisted practical application. Wenzhangzhengzong was divided into four aspects-practical article, discussing article, prose and poetry. The book definitely regarded Zhu Xi's articles as criterion. The influence of Wenzhangzhengzong and XuwenzJiangzhengzong showed three aspect: Embodying the conception of Neo-Confucianism, arranging articles' mode and establishing combination of comment and exegesis. Zhen Dexiu had some accomplishments in prose, poetry and advice to emperor, the advice to emperor was very notability, its' quantity took over nearly half of his miscellany.
