Study On Performance Improving Strategy Based On Medical Treatment Service Process Underneath Tiered Knowledge Platform

The performance of medical treatment service process is the foundation and core of implementing process management in medical treatment service institute. Consequently, the research of this thesis held two posts of practical direction meaning and importance value of theory concurrently.The main innovations of this thesis consisted of four aspects by following.1,Establish the model of tiered knowledge platform of medical treatment service;2,Set up the mathematic model of medical treatment service process performance;3,Build performance evaluation index system of medical treatment service process underneath tiered knowledge platform;4,Put forward performance improving strategy of medical treatment service process underneath tiered knowledge platform.This thesis adopted the theories analysis and practical analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis combining together, and synthesized making use of the theories of process management, the related theories of economy evaluation, customer satisfaction theories, multi-statistic methods, and etc., gave a systematical research on the system of medical treatment service process performance evaluation, put forward a series of improving strategy based on process performance.
