| The Study of the Micro Differentiation Diagnosis of Asthma due to Heat in Children and the Therapeutical Mechanism of the Therapy QingFeiPingChuan Doctor DegreesPostgraduate: Xiao Changjiang Director: Prof. Guozhenqiu Hunan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Changsha ,China 410007) Abstract Objective: To study the Micro differentiation diagnosis characteristics of asthma due to heat in children and the therapeutical mechanism of the therapy QingFeiPingChuan. Method: Several methods such as epidemiology, immunology, virology and molecular biology were adopted in the clinical and experimental research. Result:〤linical investigation: The syndrome type of asthma in children was mainly heat syndrome, the symptoms were mainly wheezing, cough, short breath, expectoration and fever; The disease incidence of boys were higher than that of girls; most of the invasions were under 5 years old and acute upper respiratory inflammation was an important predisposing cause; The content of Endothelin-1 in plasma and the content of IgE in serum increased significantly(P<0.01), but that of IgA and IgG decreased significantly(P<0.01) 瓹linic observation After the treatment to 30 cases of asthma in children due to heat were treated by Wuhutang which is based on the principle of QingFeiPingchuan, The scores of the symptom decreased markedly compared 4 2~ with before(PO.05); Wuhutang decreased the content of Endothetin-1 in plasma of children with asthma. 瓻xperimental study: Wu hu tang lowered the airway pressure of guinea pigs in, inhibitited the copy of Respiratory Syncytial Virus(RSV) , lowed the content of ET-1 in plasma, lowered the expression leval of ET-1 mRNA in lung tissue of guinea pigs with asthma. Conclusion: The therapy QingFeiPingChuan has an effectiveness to asthma due to heat and the mechanism is lowering the expression leval of ET-1 mRNA. |
