This paper is aiming at some problems and uncertainties existing in the technology of profile control. In this paper the decision-making technologies of PI and RE etc are combining and according to the geologic characteristics of reservoir the factual production dynamic datum in the field are also combining. The models of profile control decision-making, optimization design of the project, and effect prediction of profile control are established.On the aspect of optimization in decision-making technology, this system inherits the advantages of the decision-making technologies such as PI and RE etc. Depending on the reservoir geology datum and the production dynamic datum, the decision-making index is set forth considering the factors such as the injection ability of well, the degree of heterogeneity, and the production trends of the ambient wells. On this basis the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in changing weight is carried out.The determination of the profile control project is depending upon the wells waiting for theprofile control, the results of selecting layer, and the parameters of profile system capabilities.On the basis of formula method, use the linear regress technology and artificial intelligencetechnology to set up the model of effect prediction. Therefore the project effect prediction andeconomical evaluation could be carried out by use of this model. The optimal project isdetermined by the method of maximum profit. The project optimization technology selects thej two different mathematical methods, that is the step-by-step linear regress method and Nerve'. Net method, to establish the model of effect prediction.Through the analysis of injection system's pressure, according to the balance of system's pressure, the prediction model of slope-climbing pressure is established. And during this process combine the injection system to resolve the partial parameters of the model. During the construction design, we can use the given volume to predict the slope-climbing pressure.Basing on the above research, combine the numerical simulation technology to operate the block profile effect prediction. In this model we take into account the different well net, exploitation mode, water injection well, the working institution of production well, the profile system, and the physical chemistry reaction in the underground formation. The model could be used to simulate the water flooding, polymer flooding, and the weak gel profile control.The resolve of numerical simulation technology adopts the improved IMPES method. This method uses the six-rank difference apparent formula to compute the saturation and uses the Leonard method to compute the component concentration. This method overcomes the lumerical surge and dispersion so as to increase the stability and reliability of this method. The prediction results could be used to optimize the project farther.On the basis of decision-making technologies, optimization design, and the block unitaryeffect prediction, the optimization decision-making and prediction system is developed. This system combines the optimization decision-making technology with effect prediction technology. This software has the friendly users' interface and is easy to operate. The practicability of this software is better. And in the Suizhong oil field the application research of single well decision-making technology has been carried out. The results of research indicate that the model established in this paper is reliable and the optimization decision-making system could provide the convenient, quick, and reliable information for the uses.
