Water plugging of oil wells and profile control of injection wells should be considered bythe block as a whole because the water in oil wells is the results of a multi-port injection wellstogether. For the shortcomings: the blindness of well and agent selected in water plugging ofoil wells, the uneasy acquisition of the data in profile control of injection wells, and so on. Aset of decision-making techniques, which can be used in selecting wells and agentsscientifically and designing supporting process parameters, are developed. The pressurebuildup curve of oil wells, which can reflect the nature of the fluid and the formation near theoil well, can be as the basis on the water shutoff judgment. Comprehensive fuzzy evaluationmay elect required profile control injection wells after the normalized variable weight of5parameters, such as per meter water absorption index in the block, PI value of the injectionwells. At the same time, oil wells, injection wells and the pore throat channel between wellscan be seen as a system, solving the model of the relationship between water and oil wellproduction both connectivity relationship between the oil and water wells, which can be thereference for the well selection. Temperature distribution of formation are required to considerin order to determine the agent gelling time and the shut-up system, the non-steady-state heattransfer fluid infusion process of wellbore and formation were compared by conventionalmethods and numerical methods. The calculations show that long-term injection wells heattransfer problems of wellbore and formation have been more accurate analytical solution, butthese models do not apply to the infusion of cold blocking agent fluid instability of thisshort-term injection process. The heat transfer between fluid and wellbore formationcalculated by numerical method can effectively simulate the wellbore temperature changes inthe short-term liquid injection. The traditional agent election decision-making software, whichinvolved too many indicators of the physical properties to cause that the results are notaccurate in late waterflooding development blocks, may lead to the calculation resultsundesirable. The improved method of agents election based on RE decision method wasdeveloped, which is not need to build the library and is easy to use. Combination the actual situation of56-16-12well in Shanjiasi oilfield, the relatively simple and practical method fordetermining the reasonable blocking agent dosage and the calculation methods of treatmentradius were given, the injected process parameters was designed.
