Nowadays, the main problem in oilfield water injection development is high injection pressure.Besides, because of the contradictions between layers and layers, water absorption profile is not uniform and water flooding control level is low.In-situ generation of carbon dioxide EOR not only reduces pollution in near-well area, but also controls profile and oil displacement. However, there exists some problems, such as “imperfect index system, unreasonable decision-making method, unscientific process design, inaccurate prediction of effect and incompletable evaluation mathod”,which restricting success rate of measures. In order to play the advantages of in-situ generation of carbon dioxide EOR,considering the characteristics of in-situ generation of carbon dioxide EOR and the static and dynamic characteristics of injection well and oil well solve this problem,we built the evaluation index system of selecting wells and layers.Combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and TOPSIS mathematical method, the decision-making method of in-situ generation of carbon dioxide EOR was carried out.Besides, the objective function of the minimum coefficient of variation of the water absorption index after profile control was used as the objective function and GE was used to optimize process parameters. This paper predicted effect and evaluated the effcet in the injection wells, production wells, blocks and economy. The results of application show that, the indexs of selected wells and layers are comprehensive and scientific, mathematical methods are practical and effective. The results of process parameters and effect of prediction and evaluation are in good agreement with actual production in the field. The software for in-situ generation of carbon dioxide EOR can guide the construction of the mine.
