Research On Knowledge Sharing Behavior Of Open Innovation Network

Innovation is the soul of enterprise survival and development and the fundamental wayto promote the growth of enterprise. It can grow the competition ability of the enterpriseand continuously produce the new product that meet the user’s demand. With the rapiddevelopment of china economy, economic output has reached unprecedented levels. But theability of independent innovation of Chinese enterprises are weak, has already become theshackles of economic sustainable development. The main reason is the ability of theenterprise that use the external knowledge is insufficient, especially lack effective flow ofenterprise knowledge. The core of open innovation is to make full use of internal andexternal knowledge and promote the flow of knowledge, and knowledge effectivelythrough the business model to achieve industrialization, in this process, knowledge as anindependent factor of production in the production factor input occupy very importantposition. In order to be more deeply and widely use the technology resource of innovationnetwork, integrate all advantage factors raise innovation ability and competition ability,knowledge sharing has become the first driving force of the enterprise to maintain growth.Based on the development strategy of the enterprise core ability to accumulate knowledgewill increasingly become the key to gain continuous competitive advantage. Based on this,from the perspective of open innovation and knowledge sharing, combined with the gametheory, SEM model, decision theory and so on, on the basis of the analysis of openinnovation, from the perspective of the operation mechanism of the main body ofinnovation network, the body game of knowledge sharing, the decision-making ofknowledge sharing and the innovation performance of open innovation research theknowledge sharing behavior of open innovation network.Based on the system science theory, adopting combined the method of the theoreticalresearch and field investigation, expert consultation and group discussion, and macroscopicand microcosmic research, qualitative research and quantitative research, normativeanalysis and empirical research.The main research content of this paper are as follows: the first and second chapterreviewed the domestic and foreign scholars about open innovation, innovation network,knowledge sharing and innovation performance of the relevant theories and research status quo, summarized the shortcomings of the existing research, on this basis, the definition ofthe research object of this paper an research methods. The third chapter based on theprincipal-agent theory, cooperative game model and Nash negotiation model research thefive aspects of open innovation in trust mechanism, learning mechanism, incentivemechanism, interest distribution mechanism, the profit evaluation mechanism. Based on thetheory of demand theory, the theory of consumer surplus, on the basis of effectivelycooperation between competitive enterprises and users, enterprises and competitivelyenterprises and customer as the research object, and build the closed innovationperformance model, customer participation in the semi open innovation performance model,competitors participation in the semi open innovation performance model, open innovationperformance model. The forth chapter based on the theory of static game and dynamicevolutionary game theory, establish the mathematical model of knowledge sharing, in-depthanalysiseachinnovationbody(government, scientific,research,institution,university, enterprise, customer and so on) under the condition of complete information static game and underthe condition of incomplete information dynamics evolutionary game. The fifth chapterbased on the concept of decision-making, combined with the basic process ofdecision-making, analysis the necessary of open innovation in the process ofdecision-making, and combined with the theory of multiple attribute decision-making andgrey decision theory to build the knowledge sharing behavior decision model. The sixthchapter based on the basic theory of innovation performance, put forward the conceptmodel and theoretical assumptions, through the method of the enterprise survey and expertinterview, designed the questionnaire for Chinese enterprises, by using data obtained fromthe questionnaire, using structural equation model (SEM) and reliability and validity testanalysis the explained variables and be explained variables in the questionnaire. It isconcluded that the internal ability factors in the open innovation, external source ofinnovation factors, internal and external innovation and security support ability have apositive effects to innovation performance. Staff training mechanism sharing andmanagement experience sharing, learning information sharing has also positive effects tothe innovation performance. The seventh chapter based on the above describe, put forwardsome policy suggestions to our country enterprise innovation ability is poor, the presentsituation of the insufficient knowledge sharing ability, as well as a better realization of openinnovation mode to improve the ability of independent innovation. The eighth chapter willmake a summary on the previous research, the main conclusions of this paper, theoretical and practical significance.
