Make the model of COPD more quantized and standardized. The theory of " Silt of the blood runs through COPD all the time " is applied to the treatment of COPD every cure type.Using the grade form of pathology change of trachea describes situation of damaging of trachea. With positive expressing rate ofγ- GCS immune group reflects the oxidization of traditional chinese medicine intervention that should defy to COPD. Some have obvious difference between treat group and model group, some results are not obvious, that reveals traditional chinese medicine is treated in various results differ.[CONCLUSION] COPD can be divided into five main cure types by the dialectical of chinese medicine: the cold phlegm hinders the lung,heat of the phlegm accumulates the lung, deficiency of vital energy of the lung, deficiency of vital energy of the temper, deficiency of vital energy of the kidney. On the whole the duplication of the chinese medicine animal model can be divided into two major parts: disease duplication and the type duplication. Traditional chinese medicine have in various degree function in intervening , treating various animal model. Look forward to clinic and basic research of COPD, we still have very arduous work to do.
