Psoriasis is a common and chronic erythematosus scaly skin disease, and has no radical cure up to date due to the fact that it is a polygenic disease subject to the influence of many factors including psychological factors, environmental factors, lifestyle, infection, etc. Under the influence of biomedical mode for years, many dermatologists tend to resort to drugs or even drugs that offer quick and instant benefit but may bring about recrudescence or other serious results. This is both costly and not good for long-term treatment. It had influenced psychophysical health and life quality of psoriatic patients. It is imperative that we should study psychophysical stateof psoriatics and come up with strategy of treatment under new medical mode. Objective:1. Based on the knowledge of the lessons of former psoriatic treatments and the psychophysical state of psoriatics.2. Study the levels of serum β -End in psoriatic patients and psychological state of psoriatics.3. Study sleep state of psoriatic patients.4. It will provide good foundation and valuable experience for psoriatics treatment in the future by carrying out new project of treatment based on new medical mode.
