| Migraine is a common kind of disease .It is a recurrent headache commonly due to dysfunction of relax and contraction of inside or outside cranial vessel.The disease comes on with vomit, photophobis , fear of sound and visual disturbance syndrome . It often occurs in one side of head with pulsation.Traditional Chinese medicine takes the view that the etiology and pathogenis of MAW are ascribed to noxious wind attacking the vertex , functional imbalance of internal organs ,accumulated blood statis in channels .TCM classify MAM as wind-syndrome of head .Although modern medicine have great develop in treating MAW, but there have no effective cure at present .There also have been a great develop to deal with MAW with TCM and Acpuncture in recent years , especially electro-acpuncture is used widely. The study was carried out under the critical eyes of tutor group . Depending on presenting symptoms , 5 main points were selected with relatively minor points as needed .Nimodipine control group to make comparison .observing its clinical effect , discuss and indicate the mechanism of its effect on treat MAW with electro-acpuncture 1. efficacy of electro-acpuncture , needle and Nimodipine in treatment of MAW .Depending on clinical syndrome , MAW was divided into three types:attaking of the liver-wind on the upper part ,phligm-heat stasis in the interior water failing to nourish wood ,each type MAW patients were randomly divided into three groups (elecro-acpuncture ,needle , Nimodipine groups ). Selecting Taiyang Sizhoukong penetration shuaigu , Lique , Heyan penetration xuanlu as the main points with secondary points (TaicongyangLinquan ,Fengchi ,YinLinquan FengLong ,Quanwei as needed.) After treating ,each group' s total effective rate have striking difference, the eletro-acpunture group' s effect is best .In the same time , we observed the effect difference among the three types of MAW with elecro-acpuncture therapy , there have no significant difference by contrast , the type of phlegm and heat stagnation in the interior is better.2. Influnt effects on MAW patient intraerainal arterial average blood speed by electro-cpuncture therapy .After one half hour of treatment with electro-acpuncture , the patients have TCD examined immediately .The result show :every arterial average blood circulation speed was significantly brought down , there have no remarkable difference between the groups:elecro-acpuncture group, acpuncture group and Nimodipine group. It suggest that electro-acpuncture can rapidly decree the intracranial arterial average blood speed , release the urterial cramps .regulate the arterial contract and relax , which is the possible mechanism of TCD variation of MAW with electro-acpuncture treatment .3. Influnt effects on MAW patient serum 6-Keto-PGFla and TXB2.MAW is associated with platelet aggregation and arterial contract and relax wich relate themlewes to PGI2 and TXA2 . The research shows that the serum 6-Keto-PGFla level of MAW patient with electro-acupuncture increased rapidly, but TXB2 decreased remarkablely .comparing with treatment before .both have significant different (P<0.05), we can infer that electro-acupunture can regulate the ratio of 6-Keto^ and TXA2 adjust the arterial contact and relaxwhich can release the MAW symptome, comparing with the other groups , there is no significant difference.2. Influnt effects on MAW patient serum IL~6 and TNF , Recent reseach suggest that cell factor especially IL-6 take part in the pahtological course and TNF play a important role in the pathological course of MAW . The study indicate when MAW flare up .The level of IL-6 and TNF in the blood rise significantly when MAW flare up ,and level concerned with the severity of MAW after the treatment of electro-acpunture. The electro-acpuncture is better than Nimodipine. It suggest that electro-acpunctre is a optimal therapy to treat MAW, the possible way in which electro-acupucture acts to MAW is decreasing the serum IL-6 and TNF content.3.
