| Objectives:To observe and evaluate the therapeutic effect and safety of Qing Re Hu Wei Tang on the treatment of peptic ulcer(PU) patient and research the mechanism of action for the guidance of clinical therapy.Methods:Establish standard clinical research,60 patients with selected patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group.To protect stomach heat treatment groups in treatment group given medicine replaces man capsule after treatment, to the treatment effect,under the upper syndromes curative effect, the main symptoms,signs,tongue coating,integration,to compare recurrence,etc.Results:①Endoscopy efficacy evaluation standard,14 cases in treatment group got clinical cure,9 cases,effective in 5 cases, invalid.Clinical cure rate 46.67%,ulcer,the total effective 76.67%93.33%,6 and clinical cure in 7 cases,8 cases,9 cases, Clinical cure rate is 20%,43.33%ulcer,the total effective rate 70%.By statistical processing,two groups of comparisons have differences(P＜0.05).Clew heat shield stomach soup good healing and eliminate inflammation.②TCM syndrome efficacy evaluation standard,treatment group,17 cases clinical cure,7 cases,5 cases got effectively,1 case ineffective,the clinical cure in 11 patients,6 cases,effective in 6,7 cases in treatment group and control group,clinical cure rate respectively;56.67%36.67%and The total effective 76.67%93.33%respectively,and the statistical processing,two groups of comparisons have differences(P＜0.05). Clew heat shield stomach soup can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of chronic peptic ulcer patient,relieve the pain,enhance diet.④Two cases of coating on the tongue,pulses were obviously improved,22 cases in treatment group and 20 patients pulse condition normal coating is normal,15 cases and the better than control group in 16 cases,tongue,change no obvious difference in treatment group than in control group to improve coating on the tongue,pulses,tongue.⑤TCM treatment group:recurrence rate in 30 patients relapse,only 2 cases relapse oriental-palaeaarctic; 5 and there 46.67%recurrence,and 14 cases relapse.Two sets of data through continuous correction X2 tests showed that the two groups of recurrence,significantly compared with statistical significance.It also shows that Chinese medicine therapy and recurrence post-pci.Conclusions:Heat shield stomach soup can effectively relieve the symptoms,and can effectively prompted ulcer healing,shorten the ulcer healing time,improve the quality and reduce the ulcer healing after recurrence.In the process of drug found intentional,liver, kidney and other important organ and the toxicity of hematopoietic system.Clew heat shield stomach soup is a definite effect,safe no bad reflects the treatment of peptic ulcer in TCM,and achieved certain resistance ulcers. |
