The unexpected characteristics of modern high-tech war request military manufacturing industry can resolve the conflict between its limited manufacturing capability and increasing production order, and produce high-tech armament for large quantities by rapidly organizing manufacturing resource in a short time. In view of requirements mentioned above, the concept of manufacturing resource optimum allocation platform is put forward on the basis of analyzing complex parts cooperative manufacturing process. The platform multidimensionally encapsulates and describes manufacturing resource from their lifecycle, application view and polymerization degree, and realizes multi-dimension manufacturing resource integration, sharing, discovery and selection to support armament rapid extended manufacturing, which is networked manufacturing with the characteristics of military manufacturing industry. This dissertation mainly discusses the theory of manufacturing resource optimum allocation platform, including constructing principle, method and key technologies, and carries on a further certification by applying it into practice. Achievements and characteristics of the paper are as follows:On the basis of analyzing networked manufacturing research results at home and abroad, armament rapid extended manufacturing (REM) definition is introduced according to the requirement of armament rapid batch variable production, and the concept model of manufacturing resource for REM is also discussed. In order to organize manufacturing resource to produce in large quantities quickly, manufacturing resource optimum allocation platform is proposed to support REM. Further more, its infrastructure and key technologies are also discussed to establish paper research bounds.Aiming at the shortage of research in manufacturing resource model at present, multi-dimension manufacturing resource modeling method for REM is put forward with reference to data description criterion standard of military manufacturing industry, and manufacturing resource information of each application system is described by application view dimension manufacturing resource, what's more, the unified information representation framework is constructed by life-cycle dimension manufacturing resource. The discrete manufacturing resource units of enterprise are encapsulated as polymerization degree manufacturing resource to satisfy various hierarchy cooperations among different enterprises. Lastly, in order to resolve the problem of semantic representation capability of enterprise resource, multi-dimensional manufacturing resource modeling method based on ontology is discussed by utilizing semantic web technology.According to the engineering requirement of manufacturing resource integration and sharing for REM based on multi-dimension manufacturing resource modeling research, the isomerous data integration method in terms of multi-dimension manufacturing resource ontology is proposed, In other words, multi-dimension manufacturing resource ontology is set up. Thus, the integration of manufacturing resource within one enterprise is realized by constructing mapping relationship between life-cycle dimension ontology and application view dimension ontology. Further more, the life-cycle dimension ontology provides status and capability information of manufacturing resource to carry out effective manufacturing resource information sharing among enterprises by associating life-cycle dimension ontology with polymerization degree ontology.The problem of manufacturing resource discovery and selection is divided into three steps: manufacturing resource discovery, manufacturing resource preelection and manufacturing resource selection. For the problem of manufacturing resource discovery, manufacturing task modeling method for REM is discussed, and the algorithm of manufacturing resource rapidly discovery based on capability restriction is designed; On the basis of mathematics modeling analysis, manufacturing resource comprehensive assessment system is established, and extended enterprise is perfectly preelected by AHP and grey relation theory according to the information about status and manufacturing capability from candidate enterprise polymerization degree ontology; To the problem of manufacturing resource selection, which is a complex combinatorial optimization problem, the extended enterprise is selected for the whole the production transport cost among enterprises by ant colony algorithm.In terms of project research background, manufacturing resource optimum allocation platform to support REM is developed based on J2EE software technical framework. What's more, the theories and methods discussed above are applied into a case study about rapid extended manufacturing of one key part.
