Research On The Method, Technology And Platform Of Regional Manufacturing Resource Sharing Based On ASP

In the economic globalization environment, the world manufacturing development trend was to allocate manufacturing resource globally, and to form advantageous industry chain and regionally characteristic manufacturing industry cluster. Regional manufacturing resource sharing was the effective way to buildup regional manufacturing cluster effect, enhance regional manufacturing resource allocation efficiency and improve competitive power of regional manufacturing industry cluster. Our government paid high attention to the development of regionally characteristic manufacturing industry cluster. One of the urgent requirements was to advance the manufacturing resource sharing in manufacturing industry cluster in Sichuan.According to the world development trend of manufacturing industry, aiming at the development characteristics and the resource sharing requirements of manufacturing industry in Sichuan, uniting the projects of the National High-Tech. R&D Program and the National Key Technologies R&D Program, this dissertation managed to research the regional manufacturing resource sharing method and technology, especially to establish the Application Service Provider (ASP) -based regional manufacturing resource sharing platform to solve the regional manufacturing resource sharing problem of the manufacturing industry cluster.As a part of the science and technology fruit, named "the development and application of industry collaboration and regional manufacturing resource sharing ASP platform", this dissertation included following research results:(1) The two staged dynamic game model of regional manufacturing resource sharing was established, and the ASP-based regional manufacturing resource sharing method was put forward. According to the characteristics of manufacturing resource and the requirements of regional manufacturing resource sharing, the manufacturing resource sharing methods were summarized. The two staged dynamic game model of regional manufacturing resource sharing was established and analyzed. The measures to break through the prisoners' dilemma were proposed. Analyzing the conditions of applying manufacturing resource sharing methods, that setting up the ASP-based regional manufacturing resource sharing platform by government was considered to be a more effective method to realizing regional manufacturing resource sharing in our country.(2) The manufacturing resource sharing model (MRSM) was established and the three-level manufacturing resource sharing architecture was proposed. Based on the research of regional manufacturing resource sharing methods, the MRSM was put forward, and the concepts of Manufacturing Resource Farm (MRF) , Manufacturing Resource Zone (MRZ), and etc., were explained. The centralized, distributed, and centralized-distributed manufacturing resource sharing architectures were analyzed. The three-level manufacturing resource sharing architecture with Regional Networked Manufacturing Platform (NMP) , ASP Platform Supporting Manufacturing Information Engineering of Key Cities(CASP) and Enterprise Manufacturing Sharing Management System (ESMS) as the core, was presented. Moreover, the architecture of the three bodies was clarified respectively. In this sharing architecture, the three bodies were integrated by Manufacturing Resource Service Bus (MRSB). And then, the system of ASP-based regional manufacturing resource sharing was explained.(3) The Software Resource Sharing Model (SRSM) was established, and the architecture of software resource sharing based on server-based computing was proposed. The SRSM was derived from MRSM. The software resource sharing technologies, such as web computing, software encapsulation, server-based computing and etc, were explained. The principle and key technologies of server-based computing were discussed. The architecture of software resource sharing based on server-based computing was established according to SRSM.(4) The ASP-based regional manufacturing resource sharing platform was developed. Aiming at the development characteristics and the resource sharing requirements of manufacturing industry in Sichuan, and based on the research work of regional manufacturing resource sharing methods, regional manufacturing resource sharing model, and software resource sharing technology, the ASP-based regional manufacturing resource sharing platform was developed. The requirements, functions, development and application of NMP, CASP, ESMS, and Software Resource Sharing Platform (SRSP) were explained respectively. And the application of the platform in the region was also introduced.
