The study based on the key project , A Study on Scientific Allocation of Water Resources for Vegetation Construction in the Sandy Area between Beijing and Inner Mongolia, supported by The National Committee of Natural Science Foundation and select the study region as a planted grass land base which is located at the HengZhouYu Site of ZhengLanQi Banner. Main objectives of the research are finding the sustainable utilizing strategies of water resources. the optimal pattern of planted grass. and the policies for protecting ecological environment. The following is the main contents of the study: First, the hydro-geologic regime has been identified by using the data given by predecessors and the hydrological geophysical prospecting technique. The aquifer geophysical electrical parameters and aquifer thickness have been found by fitting the apparent resistivity curve observed with WYS2004 system. The apparent resistivity contour which indicates the aquifer distribution in horizontal scale and the contour of thickness of aquifer have been plotted also. Select a conceptual model of aquifer system corresponding to the hydro-geologic regime. , Second, the hydro-geological parameters of aquifer were determined by using S—lnt straight-line approximation ,the Accelerating Genetic Algorithm method based on Boulton model and the Kalman-Filter approach. Third, analyze the responsive relation between the observed evaporation rates of bare soil and the factors impacting them in research region and set up multiple regression equation for them. The evaporation rates of bare soil during the initial growing stage of maize have been estimated by multiple regression equation and Two Stages Model, .The results of two methods are consistent. Fourth, set up the two source evapotranspiration model of silage maize using turbulent diffusion theory (K-theory) and energy balance theory to aim at calculating the evapotranspiration of the silage maize at their growing stages. The estimating results have been tested by measured data by photosynthesis instrument. Fifth, use alternating direction implicit algorithm of Finite-Difference Numeric method to calculate response function matrix of aquifer system which has no homogeneous initial and boundary condition. Last, set up a multiple objective management model according to the real situation, and get a solution of the model using multiple objective Genetic Algorithm software to get the sustainable utilizing strategies of water resources and optimal planted grass pattern for the environment situation keeping it to have best development cycle.
