The National Bureau of Statistics’ survey data in 2021 revealed a rapid advancement in ecommerce in China,with the amount of national e-commerce transactions surpassing RMB42.3 trillion and the number of online shoppers surpassing 840 million.China has achieved a status of top player in the realm of E-commerce,becoming the world’s most powerful online market,transcending the United States.The e-commerce model of "Internet + traditional industries" is B2 B E-commerce,which mainly supplies services to pertinent middle and smallsized companies in the particular industry chains.The supply chain finance provided by financial institutions and other related financial companies can be greatly expanded through the collaboration between financial institutions and B2 B e-commerce enterprises.Before the B2 B platform selecting the right business partners,they must firstly assess the creditworthiness of B2 B e-commerce enterprises,which are also special middle and small-sized companies.This thesis has chosen the B2 B e-commerce platform of JC company as its research object,taking into account the preceding background.In recent times,with the swift growth of platform size and users,the issue of platform credit risk management has become increasingly evident.JC Company has encountered challenges in how to balance platform development and credit risk control.This thesis examines the particularity of credit evaluation of international logistics B2 B E-commerce companies,based on the operation mode and features,and examines the factors that influence it.We form the evaluation dimensions by combining the traits of small and medium-sized international forwarders.This evaluation index system is composed of six components: logistics services,prices,external environment,professional degrees and transactions.Each dimension is subdivided into multiple secondary indexes,and a survey questionnaire is formed for index identification and evaluation.Proposals for reducing logistics business risks are presented at the conclusion of the thesis,with a focus on credit risk control strategies.optimizing internal processes,improving customer satisfaction and renewal rate,strengthening the guarantee work in the organizational structure,communication mechanism and supervision system within the company,and providing important support for the stable development of the B2 B platform of JC company in the future.By studying the credit risk status of the B2 B e-commerce platform of JC company,the impact factors of the credit risk of the B2 B e-commerce platform are identified,proposals for effective risk control measures,in conjunction with the industrial Internet,are of great benefit in optimizing the credit risk management of the JC platform’s B2 B e-commerce platform and fostering the flourishing of related industries and platforms. |
