At present,the reform of state-owned enterprises has set off a new round of climax,with the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council proposing to increase the intensity of central enterprise reform,further improving the effectiveness of state-owned enterprise reform.While carrying out reforms at the subsidiary level,push the equity diversification reform to the group level.Introducing new external shareholders can achieve decentralized control and solve the problem of central enterprises being dominated by one share.In order to ensure the steady implementation of group level reforms,after fully considering the risks of the reforms,the central government proposed a new model of "central local cooperation" equity diversification reform.Central enterprises continue to participate in the reform,and the "central local cooperation" reform model has become one of the choices for central enterprises and local state-owned enterprises.This article takes Company A,a state-owned enterprise,as a case study to investigate the effects of its diversified equity reform in central and local cooperation.Taking the reform of state-owned enterprises as the background,through literature analysis,case analysis,comparative analysis,and event analysis methods,this paper summarizes and summarizes the research on equity diversification in corporate governance,resource integration,and other aspects,and conducts in-depth research on the impact path and effects of A company’s central local cooperative equity diversification reform.Firstly,the process of A company’s reform was reviewed,and the reform model of A company’s central local cooperation was analyzed.At the same time,the motivations for A company’s central local cooperation reform were explored;Secondly,analyze the effects of Company A’s reform from three aspects: corporate governance,resource integration,and economic effects;Finally,the problems and countermeasures for the diversified reform of state-owned and local cooperative equity in Company A were proposed.The following conclusions are drawn in this article: Firstly,Company A has reformed and improved its corporate governance system,which can form a management mechanism with constraints and incentives within the company;Secondly,the reform of Company A has improved the efficiency of resource utilization and enhanced the synergy between enterprises;Thirdly,after the reform of Company A,it has had a positive impact on market response,financial effects,and market competitiveness.In addition,after the reform of Company A,there are problems such as hidden dangers in corporate governance,insufficient resource integration,and insufficient degree of reform.In response to these three major issues,corresponding development suggestions are proposed: firstly,continuously improving corporate governance and improving company operational efficiency;Secondly,optimize business structure and leverage internal and external capital advantages;The third is to increase reform efforts.This article hopes to provide reform models for other state-owned enterprises through case studies.
