Research On The Synergy Effect Of Bizconf’s Mergers And Acquisitions Of Minrray Industry

With the advent of the 5G era and the acceleration of enterprise information transformation,the internal and external environment of enterprise operation is changing rapidly,bringing more possibilities for the development of enterprises but also making the development process face more difficult challenges,how to achieve steady development in the increasingly fierce competition and seize the new opportunities brought by market changes is undoubtedly very important for enterprises,in this context,mergers and acquisitions as an important means for enterprises to rapidly expand the market,consolidate their industry position,improve the layout of the industrial chain or achieve strategic goals such as enterprise transformation,naturally became a topic of great research value.When researching M&A activities,an important research direction is the study of the synergy effect of M&A,and successful M&A cases usually obtain good synergies,which can become an important reference and reference for other M&A activities.Taking the successful M&A case of Bizconf acquisition of Minrray Industry as an example,this thesis first starts from the research background and research significance,and combines the current research status at home and abroad as well as relevant concepts and theoretical foundations to provide sufficient theoretical support for the research on the synergy effect of Minrray Industry.Secondly,the overview of both parties to the merger was understood,the motives of the merger were analyzed,and the merger process was introduced.After that,the synergies of the three dimensions of operation,management and finance of the mergers and acquisitions were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed,and the acquisition of the synergies of the mergers and acquisitions was studied,and it was found that the M&A obtained good synergies in operation and management,in addition,the merger achieved a certain tax saving effect,but the financial synergy still has great room for improvement.Finally,combined with the analysis of the synergistic effect acquisition of this case,the case enlightenment and reference are put forward,and the research conclusions are summarized.This thesis studies the synergy effect of Bizconf’s M&A case of Minrray industry,and puts forward enlightenment and reference for the M&A activities of enterprises: First,vertical M&A is conducive to enterprises to achieve complementary advantages,enhance profitability,core competitiveness and growth,and obtain business synergy;Second,reasonable mergers and acquisitions are conducive to enterprises achieving established operational strategic goals,improving operating capabilities and expense control capabilities,and obtaining management synergies;Third,mergers and acquisitions are conducive to the effective use of idle funds and the realization of tax-saving effects and the acquisition of financial synergie.
