In recent years,the scale of China ’s digital economy has grown rapidly.Digital economy has become one of the important growth poles supporting the national economy.As the micro subject of market economy,the digital transformation of enterprises plays an important role in the development of digital economy.The current situation of enterprise digital innovation is also widely concerned by all sectors of society.Digital innovation is complex.Although some enterprises have introduced some digital technologies into the organization,they are still in the initial stage of digital transformation and have not yet achieved digital innovation.Digital innovation is related to all aspects of the enterprise,and it is necessary to mobilize various resources to make up for the shortcomings of the enterprise.In the process of realizing the leap from traditional innovation to digitalization,it is impossible for latecomer enterprises to improve all relevant factors of enterprises at the same time.Therefore,it is of far-reaching significance to study the relationship between enterprise knowledge base,organizational environment and enterprise digital innovation.This study takes some listed companies in China as samples to explore the process of enterprise digital innovation.The purpose of the study is to reveal the key elements and multiple paths that drive enterprise digital innovation.Firstly,this dissertation reviews and analyzes the existing literature,reviews the concepts of knowledge base,organizational environment and digital innovation,and expounds the focus and limitations of related research.Secondly,a number of typical digital innovation cases are selected for grounded analysis.Six key influencing factors of knowledge breadth,knowledge depth,staff quality,digital attention of executives,industry environment and regional environment are extracted.Explore its relationship with enterprise digital innovation.Thirdly,this dissertation uses fs QCA method to empirically analyze the configuration of influencing factors of enterprise digital innovation.That is,enterprises obtain the path of high digital innovation through matching and linkage of multiple complex antecedent conditions.Finally,based on the research conclusions,this dissertation proposes that enterprises should examine their own learning ability and knowledge reserve structure,coordinate the external innovation resources of their industries,and select different equivalent configuration paths according to the multi-level conditional factors of enterprises.Through the analysis and research of this dissertation,the key conditions of knowledge base,internal and external environment of organization in enterprise digital innovation are excavated,and the internal relationship between various conditions and enterprise digital innovation is analyzed.By constructing a model of enterprise digital innovation co-creation mechanism,three conditional configurations for enterprises to achieve high digital innovation are identified,and the potential substitution relationship between knowledge base and internal and external environmental conditions of the organization is further discussed.From the perspective of enterprises,it is helpful for enterprises to deepen their understanding of digital innovation.Based on the internal and external conditions of the enterprise,choose the appropriate focus and path for digital innovation.
