Research On Application And Optimization Of Dual Share Structure Of Science And Technology Innovation Board

In recent years,the controlling shareholders and foreign investors have been fighting for the control of enterprises due to the dilution of shares,and the internal fighting caused by the change of shares often seriously affects the normal development of enterprises.With the deepening of global economic integration,the competition among stock exchanges in various countries is at a white-hot stage.In order to meet the heterogeneous needs of the domestic capital market,China has decided to open the science and innovation sector to accept the listing applications of enterprises with dual-class share structure.This paper selects case analysis as the main research method,firstly analyzes the feasibility and necessity of dual-class share structure in the implementation of science and technology innovation board in China from the theoretical level.Next,this paper selects Youke as the case study object,introduces the specific design method of introducing the dual-class share structure in Youke,and deeply explores the motivation and economic consequences of implementing the dual-class share structure in Youke.In the process of research on the Unicode dual-class share structure,it is found that the excessive pursuit of long-term strategy leads to excessive financial pressure,the formation of "kidnapping" for investors and the failure of internal supervision mechanism,etc.,and provides some optimization countermeasures for the implementation of Unicode dual-class share structure.Finally,starting from the case,this paper analyzes the application status of the dual-class share structure of the science and innovation board,and puts forward relevant policy suggestions for the potential problems existing in the implementation process of the dual-class share structure of the science and innovation board in China.
