In recent years,with the advancement of national urbanization and the increase of fixed asset investment projects,China’s engineering consulting service industry has been greatly developed.Group enterprises have also begun to operate across regions and diversified,and the scale of enterprises has also been expanding.However,with the expansion of the scale of enterprises and the increasing number of branches,enterprises will face increasing financial costs,low quality of financial information,weak control of group companies,poor integration of financial processes and other issues.In this context,FD Group Company in the face of the increasing number of off-site branches,business processes are difficult to meet the development of the case,need to innovate financial management,enhance the value of financial management of enterprises,to adapt to the needs of business development.As a new financial management mode,financial shared service center can effectively solve the problems of increasing financial cost,low quality of financial information,redundant personnel institutions,and lack of management accounting functions,so as to promote the transformation of enterprises to specialization and standardization management,and improve the management efficiency of enterprises.Facts have proved that the establishment of financial sharing service center is the only way for large and medium-sized group enterprises to achieve strategic transformation.However,due to the financial sharing model in China is still in the initial stage of development,and the use of fewer enterprises,shorter operating time,the lack of research and practice suitable for China’s national conditions.Taking FD Group Company as an example,this paper expounds the financial management status of FD Group Company and analyzes it.Specific solutions are proposed to solve the problems of increasing financial costs,low quality of financial information,weak control of group companies,poor integration of industrial and financial processes,lack of management accounting,and imbalance of human resources.Based on the theories of economies of scale,specialized division of labor and standardization,a set of feasible financial sharing mode scheme for FD Group is designed through the measures of framework design,business process reengineering and information platform construction.At the same time,after the construction of the scheme,the corresponding business guarantee measures and the expected operation effect evaluation mechanism are established.Studies have shown that by building a financial shared service center,the company’s strategic transformation potential can be maximized,and the processing of various businesses can be standardized and streamlined,which can not only improve the efficiency of financial work,but also provide more value decisions for business managers.The innovation of this paper lies in the choice of research object FD group company does have the construction of financial sharing center needs,scheme design from the company needs and problems.At the same time,starting from the industry nature of engineering consulting services,this paper puts forward the construction of financial sharing service center,solves the problems in the process of FD group company in the layout of the national business strategy,provides reference and thinking for the construction of financial sharing center in China’s engineering consulting service industry,and provides good ideas and methods for the group company how to better control the branch.
