With the advent of the big data era and the 5G era,the global server market has undergone tremendous changes.The domestic server brands mainly Huawei,Inspur,Lenovo and H Company are in the initial stage of the market.After years of accumulation,their server business has been improved rapidly.However,with the innovation of information technology and market changes,the marketing strategy of H Company’s server business can no longer meet the requirements of the company’s development.Based on the current market environment and the actual situation of H Company,this paper uses PEST theory,Porter’s Five Forces model and SWOT analysis to analyze the external and internal environment faced by H company,find out the problems and analyze the problems.First of all,PEST theory is used to analyze the external macro environment of the company,including political,economic,social and technical aspects,to analyze the macro environment of the company.Secondly,Porter’s Five Forces model is used to analyze the industry environment of the company,including its existing competitors,potential competitors,substitutes,buyers’ negotiating power and sellers’ negotiating power.Thirdly,the internal environment of the company is analyzed,and the market questionnaire survey and data analysis are carried out.Then,SWOT analysis is used to analyze the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of server business.According to the results of SWOT analysis and problems found,STP theory is used to carry out market segmentation,clear target market and market positioning.The 4P theory is used to propose the corresponding marketing strategy optimization plan,which is mainly designed and adjusted from the product,price,channel and promotion.After the design of marketing strategy optimization scheme is completed,in order to ensure the implementation of the scheme,the corresponding safeguard measures are formulated in five aspects: organization and system,finance,manpower,technology and culture.The research conclusion of this paper puts forward constructive plans and protective measures for H company’s marketing strategy optimization,and puts forward clear methods and positioning for the company’s marketing strategy design,so as to help it maintain stable growth in the fierce market competition... |
