The front-line production employees of agricultural product processing enterprises are highly sensitive-the enterprise’s salary system.A scientific salary system is of great value for the protection of the rights and interests of front-line production employees,the exertion of work enthusiasm,and the promotion of job stability.In recent years,the increasingly concerned point-based salary system,combined with the salary incentive of front-line production employees,has become a new method-promote the win-win development of employees and enterprises.This thesis selects the front-line production employees of S Company,an agricultural product processing enterprise,as the object,discusses the implementation of their salary system and the methods of introducing the point-based salary system,and puts forward the measures and guarantee system-promote the implementation of the point-based salary scheme,thus providing support for the optimization of the company’s front-line production employees’ salary system.With the goal of constructing the point-based compensation system for front-line production employees of S Company,this thesis studies the current situation and problems of compensation for front-line production employees of S Company,designs the point-based database for front-line production employees,defines the point-based unit price,and formulates the implementation measures of point-based compensation system.The thesis in this article is guided by the relevant theories of salary incentive,using case analysis,document analysis,and other methods to conduct thesis.The main conclusions are as follows: Firstly,the thesis shows that the implementation of the salary system for frontline production employees in S Company has unreasonable salary structure,weak incentive effect on salary level,and insufficient fairness in salary.Secondly,the necessity of introducing point based compensation into the compensation system of frontline production employees of S Company lies in objectively reflecting the workload of employees,reflecting their labor value,and improving their work enthusiasm and dedication;In the process of designing point based compensation,it is necessary to follow the strategic principles of serving enterprises,the principles of easy operation,the principles of ensuring fairness,the principles of strengthening incentives,and the principles of reasonable costs.Thirdly,based on the specific job content and characteristics of frontline production employees in Company S,this article constructs a credit card for frontline production employees and uses AHP analysis to determine the weight of each credit item.At the same time,using the credit unit price design method based on industry average reference,and the credit unit price design based on expert evaluation,the author jointly designs the credit unit price,and obtains that the salary credit unit price of frontline production employees in Company S is 3.85 yuan/minute,Taking the minimum wage standard set by the Handan Municipal Government in Feixiang District as a reference for verification,the result shows that the minimum score for frontline production employees of Company S is 718.75 points,and the corresponding absolute value of the point system salary is 2767.19 yuan>1680 yuan,which means that the minimum score for frontline production employees of Company S meets the requirements of government policies,which is realistic and feasible.Finally,this article proposes the implementation measures of the point based salary system for frontline production employees,including strictly implementing the point evaluation system to ensure fairness,dynamically adjusting the point unit price to ensure salary incentive,enriching the point based projects to keep pace with the times,and continuously improving the salary structure,and simultaneously constructing a security plan for implementation.
