Food is the most basic material needs of human beings,and food safety is closely related to the safety of human life.With the rapid development of economy and the improvement of food technology,the public’s demand for food quality and safety is becoming increasingly strong.In the context of institutional reform,food safety supervision has formed a regulatory situation with the market supervision bureau as the main situation,with other departments supplemented by the situation.However,compared with cities,in rural areas,due to the lack of government supervision force,weak social force supervision,poor level of industry subjects and other reasons,leading to great hidden dangers in the food industry.Therefore,the food safety supervision in rural areas can not only rely on the government to fight alone,but also a great strategic task to mobilize the enthusiasm of the whole society to cooperate in governance.This paper is based on the social work teaching perspective to Y county rural food safety supervision as the research direction,using literature analysis,comparative research method,case analysis method such as main method,investigation of the current situation of Y county food safety supervision and the existing problems,and the problem of the causes of the food safety problems in rural areas,mainly due to the government responsibility to carry out the public food safety consciousness,social supervision network effect is not in place,lack of operator responsibility.In view of the food safety supervision problems existing in Y County and the specific causes,This paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the food safety supervision,The first is the reasonable division of the rights and responsibilities of the subject,Let food safety supervision no longer be done by government departments,Instead,the social subjects are incorporated into the food safety supervision system according to their own characteristics,Confirm the rights and responsibilities of each subject in the social food safety management;next,Strengthening the participation in rural areas,Integrate the administrative committee of rural self-governing organizations into food safety supervision,Enhance the participation strength;once more,Is to promote the participation of the NGOs,Taking advantage of the characteristics of the different NGOs,Play a different role in rural food safety governance,If the trade associations have the characteristics of professional knowledge,The volunteer association has the characteristics of rich appeal and the strong communication of the news media industry;fourth,Build a bridge for consumer rights protection,Let the rural consumers will complain,dare to complain,And it can get good results after a complaint,Everything is responsive,Each piece has a landing;last,Building a food safety communication platform,Each subject of the whole society can obtain real-time food safety information,obtain relevant food professional knowledge and communicate quickly among relevant subjects through the food safety communication platform.be ignored in the society,but the rural food safety supervision can not be ignored.I hope that this problem analysis of rural food safety supervision and relevant suggestions will contribute to the social governance of rural food safety supervision,and promote the healthy development of food safety in rural areas.
