Research On The Coupling And Coordination Of County Logistics And E-Commerce In Baoji City

County logistics is the integration of commodity transportation,warehousing,packaging,distribution and other links within the county,and is a key link in the development of rural ecommerce.With the development of rural e-commerce,county logistics is no longer limited to traditional logistics forms,and has been continuously upgraded in terms of traffic conditions,logistics scale,logistics layout,logistics operation subjects,etc.,to meet the needs of county ecommerce development.In this process,county logistics still has problems such as high logistics costs,insufficient allocation of logistics resources,and cannot meet the logistics needs of e-commerce development.County e-commerce and county logistics are indispensable forces for county economic development,and the two are interdependent and mutually influencing coupling relationships.Under the premise of making a basic judgment on the relationship between the two,this paper first starts from the concept and characteristics of county logistics and county ecommerce,takes the explanatory structural model as the theoretical support,explains the coupling mechanism of county logistics and county e-commerce,and then further discusses the coupling coordination relationship between county logistics and county e-commerce,and analyzes the coupling coordination and coordination of county logistics and e-commerce in each of the eight counties under the jurisdiction of Baoji City by establishing a coupling coordination model,and measures the coupling coordination results.Finally,according to the conclusions,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.The main findings are as follows:(1)In terms of the coupling mechanism of county logistics and e-commerce,based on the interpretative structural modeling,the drive-dependency matrix of the influencing factors of the coupling and coordinated development system of county logistics and e-commerce is constructed,and the coupling mechanism of county logistics and e-commerce is divided into a composite system containing 4 levels and 12 main factors,and the relationship between factors is explained from four aspects: dependent factors,autonomous factors,related factors and driving factors.(2)In terms of the comprehensive development level of county logistics and e-commerce,the evaluation conclusion shows that among the eight research subjects,the comprehensive development level of Qishan County,Mei County and Fufeng County has relatively high results,while the comprehensive development level of logistics and e-commerce in Taibai County,Linyou County,Qianyang County,Feng County and Long County is relatively lagging behind,and there is a lot of room for development.(3)In terms of the coupling and coordination degree of county logistics and e-commerce,the measurement results of the coupling and coordination degree of county logistics and ecommerce in Baoji City show that the coupling degree of logistics and e-commerce in eight counties is high,and there is a strong correlation between the two subsystems.Qishan County,Mei County and Fufeng County have a high degree of coupling and coordination,and are in the excellent and intermediate stages of the coordination level,while the coordination level of logistics and e-commerce systems in other counties is not satisfactory.Comprehensively analyze the reasons for the gap in coordination level,and put forward targeted suggestions from four perspectives: government role,county logistics development,county e-commerce development,and coupling and coordinated development of the two systems.
