| The construction industry is one of the pillar industries of the national economy.In the past 10 years,the proportion of the added value of the construction industry in the domestic GDP has increased year by year,which also shows the important position of the construction industry in the national economy.In 2020,the proportion of the added value of the construction industry reached the highest value,and the number of enterprises in the industry also reached a record high.Such industrial development should create greater employment opportunities for the society and be recognized.But in fact,since 2018,the number of employees in the construction industry has been declining for three consecutive years,and the loss of employees is serious.Among the lost personnel in the construction industry,the loss of project technicians is particularly obvious.Project technicians account for the largest proportion of employees in the construction industry.The loss of project technicians will directly affect the progress and quality of project construction.Considering the contradictory characteristics of industry upward and personnel loss,this paper will select the largest group of employees-project technicians as the main research object,and analyze and study the loss of project technicians.Taking A construction company as an example,this paper applies Maslow’s side demand and Herzberg’s two-factor theory to make A quantitative analysis on the flow data of project technical personnel,and concludes that the current situation of project technical personnel loss in A construction company is dominated by northwestern employees,highly educated,young and middle-aged employees with less than 3 years of working experience.The reasons for his resignation were mainly caused by many factors,such as the difficulty in implementing the human resources policy of A construction company,unreasonable salary design and application,difficulty in generating incentive effect through performance appraisal,difficulty in meeting the personal growth needs of enterprise personnel training and lack of attention to the social needs of project technicians.In view of the current situation and causes of project technical staff turnover in A construction company,this paper finally puts forward some measures and suggestions,such as rebuilding the organizational structure of human resources,optimizing the salary design and strengthening the execution,building a scientific performance management system to improve employee incentives,establishing a regional selection system and career development planning,improving the communication mechanism and strengthening employee care.On this basis,it puts forward the safeguard measures for the improvement plan of project technical personnel loss of A construction company,provides some thoughts for the human resource management mode of A construction enterprise,and provides referable suggestions for further improving the problem of project technical personnel loss. |
