| The development of technology and economy has brought about new changes in consumer demand.To purchasing affordable food,customers are also concerned about the quality of the products they buy.However,the frequent occurrence of food quality and safety incidents has gradually dampened the confidence of the majority of consumers,and has also stimulated customers’ strong pursuit of safe and healthy food.Most food safety incidents originate from information asymmetry between supply chains.Downstream retailers are unable to recall problematic foods in time due to the lack of traceability and tracking capabilities in the food chain.And the loss of safety risks cannot be fairly distributed,causing them to bear too much problematic losses.So,how to rationally coordinate the distribution of upstream and downstream responsibilities in response to the current food supply chain’s agricultural product safety and quality dilemma,and improve the overall income has long-term strategic significance for the development of enterprises and the progress of society.The specific research conclusions and innovations are summarized as follows:First,based on the tracking and traceability function of blockchain,this thesis analyzes the differences in the food agricultural supply chain before and after the adoption of traceability technology,and explores the willingness,social welfare and consumer surplus of each member of the agricultural supply chain to participate in the on-chain of blockchain.Through a master-slave hierarchical game of agricultural supply chain composed of a supplier and a retailer as the research object,based on the technical characteristics of blockchain,the demand function is adjusted and the risk of loss caused by food safety is transferred from the income of channel members.Analyzed the revenue models of suppliers and retailers before and after using the blockchain under different modes and decision sequences,and obtained the results: The use of blockchain traceability technology helps to improve the safety and quality of food agricultural products,consumer surplus and social welfare,but its technical cost hinders the popularization of blockchain applications.In addition,in the case of the supplier’s priority decision,the retailer’s agricultural product traceability supply chain when the retailer prioritizes the decision has higher food quality,and the consumer surplus and social welfare are also better.The research results enrich the relevant theories of food safety and provide a valuable reference for food companies involved in the research of blockchain technology.Second,taking into account the technical limitations of the food traceable supply chain,the introduction of traceable recall level parameters to meet the real-life background,in which the retailer builds a traceable recall system investment,and the supplier needs to bear the downstream traceable recall problem product loss.The decision strategy of each member of the food chain based on a single-period static game uses chaos theory,bifurcation analysis and complexity research,and focuses on the optimal strategy of long-period food games.The results show that the construction of the traceability level is conducive to the improvement of product quality in the food supply chain.Third,based on the collaborative optimization of agricultural contracts,through a two-level food supply chain composed of a retailer and a supplier,a Stackelberg game model is established to explore the best balance strategy between traceability recall and agricultural product quality optimization in the food chain.The results show that the premium sharing ratio determines the optimal decision when each member of the food supply chain is faced with the difference between unrecalled food loss and recall cost.Higher safety investment costs increase the burden on the entire supply chain and reduce the overall benefits of the food chain.When retailers implement traceable recall measures for problematic foods,suppliers can obtain higher safety investments by increasing the cost of unrecalled foods.Blockchain traceability brings pareto optimality.In particular,suppliers bear part of the loss of problematic food,when the food quality and safety investment is higher,and the construction of traceability recall is conducive to improving the overall welfare. |
