| As an important part of sharing economy market structure,manufacturing capacity sharing has huge development space and innovation opportunities.Through the integration and redistribution of resources,capacity sharing mode can significantly improve production efficiency while reducing production costs of manufacturing enterprises.However,due to numerous manufacturing industries,long industrial chains,complex value distribution and many other reasons,the business model of capacity sharing platform needs to be further explored.Based on this background,this thesis focuses on the value-added service module of the capacity sharing platform,discusses the value-added service strategy of the capacity sharing platform,and provides reference for the development of the business model of the capacity sharing platform in reality.The research on value-added services of capacity sharing platform in this thesis is mainly divided into three aspects.Firstly,the structure of capacity sharing platform is analyzed from the perspective of service process of capacity sharing platform,and the value-added service business model of capacity sharing platform is analyzed from five perspectives of service field,service content,service object and service delivery mode of value-added service.Secondly,through the construction of duopoly competition model,the paper studies the value-added service investment and pricing strategy of capacity sharing platform under the condition of multiple users’ ownership.Finally,considering the operation mode of value-added services provided by the capacity sharing platform through industrial cooperation,the impact of industrial cooperation on the pricing strategy of value-added services,bilateral user scale and platform profits is studied.This thesis studies the value-added service strategy of competitive capacity sharing platform in duopoly market by establishing Hotelling model.It is found that the optimal pricing of value-added services and the level of value-added services are determined by the cost coefficient of value-added services,the utility coefficient of value-added services and the externality coefficient of user cross network.Compared with platforms that do not participate in industrial cooperation,capacity sharing platforms that choose industrial cooperation to provide additional value-added services will be more favorable.Capacity sharing platforms should aim at improving user satisfaction,constantly optimize their services and expand the scale of users,so as to win in the fierce market competition. |
