| With the release of bidding agent qualification and service fee restrictions,and the pilot implementation of the whole process of project consulting services,bidding agent industry is facing increasingly fierce competition in the market.DX bidding Agency,as a professional organization,is mainly engaged in bidding agency business and providing related services.However,in the process of providing external services,there are some problems such as too streamlined and simple.Internal enforcement of rules and regulations is not strict enough.These problems force DX tender Agency to address and improve the quality of service.This paper takes DX bidding agency company as the research object.Firstly,it analyzes the existing problems on the basis of the general situation of the company and the status quo of quality management,the results show that there are some problems in the company,such as the inadequacy of the research on the alternative bidding agency,the serious service procedure and the single service form.Secondly,based on SERVQUAL model,a service quality evaluation index system was constructed,which included six first-level indexes including tangibility,reliability,responsiveness,assurance,empathy and standardization,and24 second-level indexes.AHP method was used to determine the weight of each evaluation index of service quality of DX bidding agency.Then,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to comprehensively evaluate the service quality of DX bidding agency.Combined with the weight analysis results,a series of problems in the service quality are explored.Finally,in view of the problems found,the paper puts forward the strategy of optimizing and improving the service quality from the four dimensions of reliability,guarantee,empathy and standardization.Including DX tendering agency can promote the company’s service to be more reliable by building a high-quality bidding team,building a project management team,strengthening the ability of the bidding team,and accurately implementing the promised service.Make efforts to improve the service guarantee by improving the service process,creating a confidential management system and strengthening staff training;By transforming and modernizing consulting services for the overall process,we will continuously improve price management,deal with complaints more systematically,design more differentiated and personalized service content,and strive to improve service empathy.The aim is to strengthen the standardization of the company’s services by focusing on the implementation of public procurement regulations and improving internal management.This research result not only helps DX bidding agency company significantly improve the quality of bidding agency services and ensure stable business development,but also provides reference for other companies in the industry to optimize service quality. |
