With the rapid development of information industrialization,the competition in the Internet industry is becoming increasingly fierce,and then it makes competition of human capital much fiercer.Knowledge workers is the core resources of enterprises,and their creativity is the fundamental source of enterprise innovation.When faced with the increasing competition pressure,enterprises are bound to transform it into work pressure and transfer it to knowledge workers.Company S,a well-known Internet listed company in the VUCA era,did not face the same problem.However,in recent years,the operating income of Company S has been declining,and the situation of intellectual property rights is not optimistic.It is facing the problem of declining product and service innovation.From the perspective of dual mechanism of working pressure,this paper selects the pressure resilience as the intermediary factor,to establishes the investigation model about that the creativity of knowledge workers was influenced by challenge-hindrance pressure on combined with the theory of resource conservation.Aiming at the hypothetical model,we selected the knowledge workers of Internet company S as the research object,and used the questionnaire method to verify 309 valid questionnaires.It was found that under the challenge-hindrance pressure,the knowledge workers that had different effects on the creativity of knowledge workers.At the same time,the intermediary role of knowledge workers in the pressure resilience makes the challenging hindering pressure positively and significantly affect the creativity of knowledge workers.Based on the empirical results,this paper proposes to enhance the creativity of knowledge workers in three aspects: enhancing the awareness of work stress management,setting up challenging jobs and enhancing the resilience of stress,and provides suggestions on the implementation of the plan in three aspects: human,financial and institutional.Enterprises should pay attention to the management of work pressure,and improve the efficiency of enterprises by improving the creativity of internal knowledge workers.
