Study On Cooperative Development Of Rural Collective Economy And Rural Tourism

The strategic proposal and promotion of rural revitalization is a new opportunity for rural development.Rural tourism is one of the new forms of rural economic development.It promotes rural opening up,attracts a large number of tourists to rural tourism,promotes the construction of rural infrastructure,promotes the development of rural economy,and promotes the income growth of local residents and industrial transformation and upgrading while promoting the traditional culture with local characteristics.Rural collective economy is a solid economic foundation for building rural infrastructure and optimizing rural ecological environment.Village collectives play a key role in the overall coordination of various stakeholders in rural tourism development.Rural collective economy and rural tourism complement each other.The development of both contributes to the optimization of rural economy,environment,infrastructure and other aspects.Its "mutual feeding" development helps the rural areas achieve the goal of beautifying the countryside,strengthening agriculture,and making farmers rich as soon as possible.However,rural collective economy and rural tourism belong to two different systems.What factors are they connected through and how to achieve coordinated development are worth discussing.This paper takes the coordinated development of rural collective economy and rural tourism as the research object.The main content is around three issues: first,analyze the relationship,mechanism and conditions of the coordinated development of rural collective economy and rural tourism;The second is to creatively build the evaluation index system and comprehensive evaluation model for the coordinated development of rural collective economy and rural tourism;The third is to discuss the problems and implementation strategies of the coordinated development of rural collective economy and rural tourism in practice.On the basis of literature review,from the perspective of coordinated development of rural collective economy and rural tourism,based on stakeholder theory,actor network theory and coordination theory,the article analyzes the relationship between rural collective economy and rural tourism,and refers to the existing evaluation index system to design a preliminary evaluation system for coordinated development of rural collective economy and rural tourism;Then the indicators were screened and revised by Delphi method and questionnaire survey method,and the evaluation indicator system was finally determined to be divided into five dimensions,based on which 25 indicators were refined;Finally,the weight of each indicator layer is calculated by entropy weight method,and a comprehensive evaluation model for the coordinated development of rural collective economy and rural tourism is established,and the coordinated development is divided into five levels.This paper selects Zhuwang Village,which has a long history of rural collective economy development and actively responds to the call for rural revitalization to vigorously develop rural tourism,as a case study.By analyzing the characteristics of Zhuwang Village’s collective economy and rural tourism,the conditions for their coordinated development,and combining the scores of various indicators obtained from the questionnaire survey of Zhuwang Village,this paper calculates and analyzes the current situation of their coordination,It is concluded that the coordinated development of Zhuwang Village’s collective economy and rural tourism is at a "relatively good" level,but there are still problems in its coordinated development in practice.Finally,the article puts forward optimization strategies for the coordinated development of rural collective economy and rural tourism,such as making a good plan for coordinated development,strengthening top-level design,strengthening the comprehensive management and control of coordinated development organizations,strengthening the coordination and linkage of government departments,and increasing the supply of rural talent policies.
