Research On Improvement Of Risk Control Measures Of JT Company Gas Pipeline Network

Abstract/Summary:
After decades of development,the gas industry has entered a historical stage of aging pipe network,increasing hidden dangers and rapid expansion of new construction scale.The personal casualties and property losses caused by the gas pipeline network leakage accident have seriously affected the sense of security of the people and become the focus of national and social vigilance.This paper takes JT Company’s gas pipe network as the research object.Firstly,according to the risk matrix method(LS)and accident tree analysis method,the risk factors of JT Company’s gas pipe network are summarized into four types: unsafe behavior of people,unsafe state of things,unsafe conditions of environment and defects in management.There are 16 basic risk factors,including weak safety awareness,weak emergency response ability,buried pipeline corrosion,imperfect rules and regulations,and inadequate daily safety management.And then through the analysis of the pipe network of JT company current risk control measures,and found that there were incomplete information system function,system is not sound,risk management is not closed loop and the lack of risk control function is weak,then from the perfect information system,perfecting the system construction,strengthen the closed-loop management,strengthen risk control function’s point of view put forward the corresponding improvement program.The improved scheme of gas pipe network risk control measures will improve the effectiveness of disturbance shielding,improve the timeliness of emergency response,enhance the risk decision-making ability,control the risk in a controllable state,and realize the strategic transformation of gas pipe network risk control from passive response type to active support type,and from traditional experiential type to modern scientific type.
