As the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic weakens,China’s economy has maintained a recovery trend and its overall development of banking industry is improving.As a leading agricultural and commercial bank in the region,RC Bank’s corporate business is the traditional core business,and also one of its main ways to obtain economic benefits,which affects the long-term development of RC Bank.In recent years,due to the volatility of the financial industry development and the increasing competition between commercial Banks and other Banks,corporate business has become the focus of competition among commercial banks.While RC Bank is developing rapidly,and it’s taking active measures to do a good job in the marketing of corporate business,but there are still many weak links,especially in terms of marketing model.At present,it is necessary to develop a marketing strategy for the public business in the new stage to promote the sustainable development of RC Bank.This paper takes RC bank business development as the object,the 4Ps marketing strategy as the theory basis,so as to explore the marketing strategy optimization of RC Bank’s corporate business.By analyzing the development status and marketing status of RC Bank’s corporate business,this paper aims to find the problems of RC Bank’s corporate business marketing in products,prices,business channels and promotion methods,etc..Based on PEST analysis,industry and competitive environment analysis,and SWOT analysis,the marketing strategy for corporate business development is proposed,including product strategy,pricing strategy,channel strategy,promotion strategy.As the conclusion,this paper recommends RC Bank to optimize product structure,strengthen product innovation,and build the best product brand;adopt flexible pricing methods such as differentiated pricing and market pricing;strengthen the existing channel upgrade,expand the marketing channel;change the promotion concept,carry out promotional activities and promotion,and further innovate the promotion means.The study has a direct application value to the improvement of RC Bank’s marketing strategy for corporate business,and has certain reference value for the formulation of domestic banking business marketing strategies.
