| In recent years,due to the impact of many realistic factors,at the same time,the macro-economy is in a downward state,which leads to the increasing living pressure of all walks of life,the economic situation in most of the domestic areas has fallen into a stagnant state.In such a severe market background,the survival competition between enterprises has been highlighted particularly fierce,at the same time,the main body of competition is also beginning to take place in no small changes.The earliest subject of competition is usually a single enterprise that exists independently,while the current subject of competition gradually changes from single to united,and the subject richness in this transformation indicates that the enterprise competition is changing to the trend of supply chain competition.With the development of this trend,enterprises will gradually understand the importance of resource replacement in the process of association,because hidden behind the behavior of resource replacement has an important role that cannot be ignored by enterprises.In the daily operation,if the enterprise can continue to achieve "cost reduction and efficiency" this achievement is very worthy of reference.The initiative of "reducing cost and increasing efficiency" makes enterprises pay attention to the cost and efficiency generated in the procurement link.In order to better achieve the goal of "cost reduction and efficiency increase",managers realize that "supplier" is the most indispensable role in all links of procurement behavior.Scientific and effective management of supplier may be the main means to improve the efficiency of enterprise procurement and reduce the cost of procurement.In fact,it is true.Among manufacturing enterprises,Siemens,which has made outstanding achievements in supplier management,can be a benchmark.Their management reflects three characteristics: hierarchical,multilevel and dynamic.Through these three characteristics,Siemens has grasped the management key points that meet its own needs: the primary and secondary positioning of suppliers reflects hierarchical management;the subdivision degree of suppliers reflects multi-level thinking;timely strategic trimming due to changes in external environment corresponds to dynamic characteristics.However,due to the current domestic research on service enterprises’ supplier management is still in a relatively preliminary stage,most of the research objects are manufacturing enterprises.Compared with other production and manufacturing enterprises,the biggest difference is that the labor cost required by service enterprises is significantly higher than that of other types of enterprises."Customer orientation" is firmly rooted in the business philosophy of service-oriented enterprises.The focus of its work is to consider how to better use products as the carrier of providing services to meet customer needs.In addition,because the products provided by service industry enterprises are often intangible,heterogeneous and non-stored,which are different from other production and manufacturing enterprises,the type of suppliers in this thesis is actually service suppliers.Based on the theory of supplier management,the author chooses STG Property Group,a representative service enterprise with both local volume and reputation,as the object of this study,and focuses on STG Group’s management status of service providers as the research content of this thesis.Finally,the research direction is the optimization results of existing problems in the management of service providers of STG Group.After fully understanding the current situation of service supplier management of the Group,the author points out four problems existing in the management of service suppliers of the group: unclear division of procurement functions,vague classification management mode of service suppliers,imperfect selection and evaluation system of service suppliers,and unscientific and incomplete performance indicator system of service suppliers.The main causes of the problems in the management of service suppliers are analyzed in detail: improper division of rights and responsibilities of purchasing departments,imperfect management system of service suppliers and so on.Finally,according to the existing problems in the management of service suppliers and the theory of supplier management,the optimization plan for the management of service suppliers of STG Group is proposed:the procurement management team is established,the classified management mode of service suppliers is improved,and the performance evaluation form of the selection and evaluation system of service suppliers is perfected.Focusing on the content of supplier management of this type,the author expects to carefully analyze the imperfections of the group in supplier management of service type procurement with the help of existing supplier management theories,strategies and tools,analyze the causes of the summarized problems in detail and give reasonable suggestions for improvement.In order to improve the management of the group’s service suppliers,we have designed an optimization plan.Since STG Group can maintain its unique development in today’s highly competitive service market,effective management of service providers is a key factor affecting the cost reduction and efficiency improvement of the group during operation.The research of this thesis has good guidance and practical value for achieving the strategic goal of "reducing cost and increasing efficiency" proposed by the strategic level of STG Group. |
