Research On Improving The Tax Service Quality Of The Zhenglan Banner Tax Bureau Under The Background Of Tax Reduction And Fee Reduction

Since 2019,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council have been increasing their efforts to reduce taxes and fees,and the tax system,as one of the important functional departments of the State and the government,bears the heavy responsibility of ensuring that tax and fee reduction policies are Kalanchoe Pinnata.The grass-roots tax authorities as the policy implementation of the "first line" to provide high-quality and efficient tax services is essential.This thesis focuses on the effectiveness of tax payment services provided by the Zhenglan Banner Inland Revenue Department(IRD),under the guidance of the new public service theory,the author proposed various improvement measures for the Zhenglan Banner Inland Revenue Department,combined with the questionnaire survey and the author’s years of relevant work experience,by using the methods of case study,Literature Study and questionnaire survey,this thesis makes an in-depth exploration and analysis of the implementation of the quality and efficiency of tax payment service,and finds out the existing problems and the causes of the problems,in the course of enhancing the quality and efficiency of tax services provided by the Zhenglan Banner Inland Revenue Department,the department has,based on relevant professional theories,proposed to strengthen the comprehensive quality of tax personnel by taking into account the needs of taxpayers,to attach importance to the concept of service,and to strengthen the publicity and guidance of tax work we should face up to the multiple subjects of social governance,give full play to the role of tax-related professional institutions,improve the quality and efficiency of tax services,optimize the level of comprehensive tax governance,attach importance to the pursuit of efficiency,and establish a scientific quality and efficiency assessment mechanism to solve the problems and countermeasures,to provide new ideas for improving the quality and efficiency of tax payment services provided by the Inland Revenue Department(IRD)in the Zhenglan Banner.At the same time,I hope this thesis can provide reference value for the local tax authorities in remote areas to improve the quality and efficiency of tax payment services.
