| In recent years,with the continuous development of the economy,the continuous deepening of the reform of the medical system,the continuous improvement of the social security system,the aging of the population and the improvement of the people’s health awareness,the Chinese pharmaceutical industry is constantly moving forward,and China has become the world’s largest emerging pharmaceutical market.Dialectically,this is both an opportunity and a challenge for the development of pharmaceutical enterprises.The pharmaceutical industry has great room for growth,with more and more new companies entering the market,new drugs coming to market faster and faster,and drug competition becoming more and more brutal.JC Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.as a GEM listed pharmaceutical enterprise,is a well-known old pharmaceutical enterprise.There are internal problems such as the solidification of operation mode,low differentiation of internal products,low production efficiency and insufficient talent reserve.The development of JC Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.has entered a bottleneck period due to internal and external troubles.The company needs to formulate reasonable strategic development measures to get rid of the current development predicament.Based on the internal and external environment of the company,this paper uses literature research method,field investigation method and case study method to scientifically tailor the differentiation strategy for JC Pharmaceutical Co.,LTD.Firstly,the research background and significance,research framework and main research methods are introduced,and the relevant theoretical basis and research analysis tools are expounded.Secondly,the social environment of JC Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.is analyzed in detail by PEST analysis method.The five-force model describes the industry environment of JC Pharmaceutical Co.,LTD.,and the IEF matrix is constructed by AHP method to analyze internal and external factors.Thirdly,through the analysis of the strategy of JC Pharmaceutical Co.,LTD.,the advantages and disadvantages of JC Pharmaceutical Co.,LTD.,as well as the opportunities and challenges it faces,are clearly analyzed,and constructive suggestions are put forward for the competitive strategy of JC Pharmaceutical Co.,LTD.,and the corresponding implementation safeguard measures are proposed.After analysis,the conclusion is drawn: the company needs to establish and improve the drug development system,invest funds to strengthen the pharmaceutical research and development,integrate resources to expand the Marketing Department,improve the marketing ability,enhance the brand connotation,and use QSPM matrix and SWOTanalysis to conduct in-depth analysis of the company strategy.Hope to provide practical guidance for the strategic development of JC Pharmaceutical Co.,LTD.,and also hope to help similar enterprises to realize its practical significance. |
