Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Land Circulation In Zhongshan City Under The Background Of Separation Of Three Rights

With the implementation of the "three rights separation" policy for rural land,large-scale land transfer has become a focus of work for governments at all levels.Zhongshan City has also actively implemented relevant policies and achieved certain results,but still faces problems in personnel,funds,systems,and execution during the land transfer process.Therefore,it is of great significance to conduct in-depth research on the issue of rural land transfer in Zhongshan City and propose feasible countermeasures and suggestions.The research in this article mainly adopts the field research method,by designing survey questionnaires and visiting local farmers to obtain their perception of land transfer issues,and then analyzing the characteristics of land transfer perceived by local farmers,as well as the problems and reasons that exist in the land transfer process.Based on this,combined with the actual situation and characteristics of Zhongshan City,targeted countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to solve the problem of land transfer.The research content of this article includes:research background and analysis of the significance of research on land transfer issues and countermeasures in Zhongshan City,current research status and literature review at home and abroad,analysis and definition of basic concepts related to rural land and land transfer,the "three rights separation" system,the status and prospects of land transfer,basic situation of case areas and analysis of land transfer status,analysis of the main characteristics of land transfer perceived by local farmers Analysis of the main problems and their causes in the local land transfer process,the main factors affecting the participation of local farmers in land transfer,and suggestions for solving land transfer problems.After studying this article,it was found that through on-site research,there were problems with personnel,funds,systems,and execution in the process of rural land transfer in Zhongshan City.Suggestions were proposed to strengthen government guidance,improve land evaluation,improve land contracting systems,strengthen legal protection,and strengthen publicity and guidance as the core solutions,In order to promote a better solution to the problem of rural land transfer in Zhongshan City and even nationwide.
