| Under the call of the state to vigorously promote the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises,local governments have formulated various action plans in order to implement the Central Committee of the CPC Central Committee and The State Council’s strategic deployment on accelerating the digital development,comprehensively promoting the digital transformation of manufacturing industry,and accelerating the improvement of the core competitiveness of manufacturing industry.However,according to the data,only17% of Chinese enterprises with significant digital transformation effect in 2022,which indicates that manufacturing enterprises face greater risks in the actual transformation process.HC,as a manufacturing enterprise,has been actively promoting the digital transformation while also thinking deeply about the risks involved.How to effectively control the risks of digital transformation so as to ensure the efficient realization of digital transformation has become an urgent problem for HC enterprises to solve.This paper studies the risk of HC enterprises Digital transformation according to the idea of risk identification → risk assessment → risk response.First of all,the risk factors of HC enterprise’s digital transformation were identified as comprehensively as possible through literature analysis combined with enterprise field research and supplemented to obtain the initial risk list.Then the Delphi method is used to screen and optimize the initial risk list to get the final risk list.Secondly,the risk evaluation index system is constructed on the basis of the identified final risk list.The system contains six first-level indicators,which are strategic decision-making risk,production and operation risk,technology application risk,capital management risk,data security risk,and human resource risk.Among them,each first-level indicator contains multiple second-level indicators,a total of 20.Thirdly,network analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of risk indicators,and grey clustering method is used to evaluate the risk of HC enterprise digital transformation.The results show that the overall risk level of HC enterprise digital transformation is at the medium risk level.Among them,production and operation risk(0.636),human resource risk(0.615)and strategic decision risk(0.604)belong to high risk.Technology application risk(0.531)and data security risk(0.509)are at the medium risk level;Fund management risk(0.381)is at a low risk level.Finally,according to the evaluation level of risk index and the current situation of HC enterprise’s digital transformation,this paper puts forward appropriate risk coping strategies and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.On the one hand,this study can help HC enterprises better understand and cope with the risks of digital transformation,and on the other hand,it hopes to provide some references for similar manufacturing enterprises to carry out risk management in digital transformation. |
