| The development of modern agriculture plays an important role in the development of economy and other industries all over the world.Our country as the world’s populous country,agricultural stability plays an important role in realizing well-off goal and building a harmonious society.However,because agriculture is a complicated and cyclical industry,influenced by the natural environment,the world pattern is changeable today,how to better play the advantage of agricultural insurance,reduce the impact of natural disasters,power the development of Chinese modernization agriculture has become the focus of Chinese scholars and Chinese government.Because our country is a country with high incidence of natural disaster and the relative mechanism of shifting the impact of natural disaster is not perfect.Therefore,according to the relevant theories of agricultural insurance and modern agriculture at home and abroad,this paper reasonably screens the relevant indicators of agricultural insurance and modern agriculture,and makes an empirical analysis of the indicators of agricultural insurance and modern agriculture in Liaoning province through regression analysis,and combines with the current situation of agricultural insurance and agricultural development in Liaoning province.In this paper,specific countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from two aspects: developing agricultural insurance,supporting agricultural production,improving relevant policy mechanisms,and creating an environment for agricultural insurance to support agricultural development.According to the empirical results of the pre-disaster,post-disaster and compound effects of agricultural insurance and modern agricultural development in Liaoning province,the regression coefficients of each variable of modern agricultural development in Liaoning province are positive,which indicates that the pre-disaster,post-disaster and compound effects of agricultural insurance have a positive promoting effect on agricultural development in Liaoning Province.From the perspective of modern agricultural development in Liaoning Province,agricultural insurance is of great significance to promote the price stability of agricultural products and social development.Although Liaoning Province has made some achievements in the development of modern agriculture,some kinds of insurance are not included in the scope of agricultural insurance because agricultural insurance is a market operation activity,which leads to a certain impact on the development of modern agriculture in Liaoning Province.This study not only is a beneficial supplement to the research of agricultural insurance and optimization of modern agriculture,but also can provide corresponding data support for Chinese government in liaoning province and provide reference for various local agricultural insurance and agricultural development of our country. |
