In today’s Internet era of big data interconnection,the Internet is accelerating its penetration and influence on various industries.Driven by economic globalization,the combination of traditional consumer finance and the Internet is an inevitable choice for the development of The Times.With the support of the Internet,consumer finance has also achieved sublimation.Nowadays,there is almost no cash in various consumer payment fields.Internet consumer finance has brought a lot of convenience to people,promoted economic prosperity and developed many new development opportunities.However,opportunities and challenges always coexist,and risks follow closely behind such prosperity.The technical loopholes of Internet technology and the vulnerability of Internet consumer finance make this emerging consumer finance face internal and external troubles.If risks are not properly controlled,enterprises may go bankrupt at best,or the stability of the entire financial system may be affected and even financial risks may arise.Therefore,it is of far-reaching significance to study the potential risks of the Internet consumer finance industry and put forward measures to prevent and solve the risks for the long-term healthy development of the Internet consumer finance industry and to promote the harmony and stability of the financial market.In this thesis,taking the representative of the e-commerce platform "flower" as an example,combining the history and current situation of the development of the Internet consumer finance of our country,through the analysis of the operation mechanism and risk management of the "flower",and using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)to stratify the various risks faced by the "flower".The criterion layer is divided into six categories: credit risk,liquidity risk,policy risk,operational risk,network security risk and industrial competition risk.The criterion layer also has its corresponding subdivision index layer.The mathematical modeling model of FAHP is used to calculate various risks and quantify their risk size to evaluate their risks more intuitively and clearly.According to its critical degree and the influence degree of the total risk of the flower Internet consumer finance from three levels of consumer,enterprise and industry supervision respectively put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,for the risk management of Chinese Internet consumer finance to provide reference. |
