| After more than 30 years of rapid economic growth,China’s Inclusive Finance has also achieved considerable development.The high-quality development of Inclusive Finance has been proved to be conducive in promoting high-quality economic and social development as well as the common prosperity of all people.However,there is still a large amount of "Financial Exclusion" in some underdeveloped areas.Quzhou,as an important region of 26 counties in the mountainous areas of Zhejiang Province,is an important measure to further promote inclusive finance in depth and achieve high-quality development.The main research content of this thesis is the current situation and implementation effect performance evaluation of H Bank’s inclusive financial services to the county economy,and how to improve it.On the basis of consulting relevant documents such as inclusive finance to solve financial exclusion,promote regional economic growth and improve the scope and level of inclusive financial services,the article combs relevant theories.Through market research,data collection and other research methods,this thesis reveals the current situation and existing problems of inclusive finance of Quzhou H Bank.It also analyzes the implementation effect of H Bank’s inclusive finance with the supervision department and the improved implementation effect evaluation system,puts forward the deficiencies of H Bank’s inclusive finance work according to the double evaluation results,and finally puts forward improvement suggestions.The results show that financial exclusion still exists in 26 counties in mountainous areas such as Quzhou.At present,H Bank has deficiencies in business coverage,products and mechanisms,resulting in the obstruction of inclusive financial services and inadequate service to the county economy.But it can make use of internal and external advantages and opportunities to improve in four aspects: optimizing business layout,subdividing industry services,providing comprehensive financial services,and strengthening risk management and control,so as to improve the evaluation of the effect of inclusive financial services on the county economy.This conclusion also provides some reference for inclusive financial services from the perspective of banks,and can be used as a reference for financial institutions to vigorously develop inclusive finance and serve 26 counties in mountainous areas. |
