With the rapid progress of economic integration and science and technology around the world,the operational direction and marketing strategies of financial markets have also undergone significant changes.This has brought enormous pressure to each financial institution and forced them to adopt a series of behaviors to cope with the more intense market competition.The core function of financial institutions is to establish a close relationship with customers in order to better meet their needs.For commercial banks,implementing effective marketing strategies and providing high-quality customer service are crucial,which will directly affect the operation and long-term development of the institution.Therefore,in-depth analysis and evaluation of these issues is of great significance for enhancing the competitiveness of the institution and achieving long-term sustainable growth.After in-depth discussion,analyze the macro and micro environment of X Commercial Bank,and use a survey questionnaire method to study customer satisfaction with branch services,we can clearly see the service marketing situation of Bank X.We can adopted various strategies to improve the level of service marketing,including but not limited to:changing product composition,changing pricing strategies,changing promotional strategies,changing channel architecture,strengthening customer experience,optimizing customer experience,and improving customer satisfaction.After in-depth analysis of PEST,SWOT analysis,and 7P marketing theory,identified the characteristics of X Bank’s products and services,as well as the marketing issues,we can clearly see that Bank X’s service marketing needs to take a series of measures to promote development,including continuously promoting product innovation,adopting effective differentiated pricing,elaborately formulating effective sales promotion activities,expanding service channels,strengthen personnel management,continuously enhancing the image of the enterprise,and improve the main marketing strategies and guarantee measures such as service management processes,make the better results come true.
