Research On The Impact Of Digital Finance Development On The Quality Of China’s Export Products

With the continuous changes in the world economic pattern,the scale of exports can no longer fully reflect the comprehensive quality of a country’s export enterprises in international trade.The new trade theory holds that the quality of export products can reflect a country’s new advantages in international competition.Digital finance is the product of the combination of the financial industry and digital technology,and is a new financial format.Digital finance relies on digital technology to break the restrictions of time and geographical distance on financial services,improve the efficiency of financial services,alleviate the financing difficulties of enterprises,and have a positive impact on the operation and development of enterprises.Although there are many factors affecting the quality of export products,the possible impact of digital finance on the quality of export products cannot be ignored.This paper aims to explore the relationship between the development of digital finance and the quality of export products and its impact pathways,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to further improve the quality of export products according to the research conclusions.This paper first studies the theoretical basis of digital finance and export product quality.Secondly,this paper analyzes the development status of China’s digital finance and export product quality from both qualitative and quantitative aspects.Then,the direct impact of digital finance on export product quality and the intermediary transmission effect of credit availability and technological innovation are analyzed,and the spatial spillover effect of digital finance on export product quality is also studied.Then,a benchmark regression model and a mechanism test model are constructed to study the mediating transmission role of credit availability and technological innovation.Then,the spatial autocorrelation test,LM test,Wald test and LR test are performed on the selected variable data,and the spatial Dubin model is selected as the spatial econometric model to study the spatial spillover effect of digital finance on the quality of export products.Finally,according to the research results,countermeasures and suggestions to promote the upgrading of China’s export product quality are proposed.The results show that: Digital finance has a promoting effect on the upgrading of export product quality,and the intermediary transmission channel is credit availability and technological innovation.That is,digital finance expands the scale of social credit by broadening financing channels,improving the credit availability of enterprises,and alleviating the financing difficulties of enterprises.At the same time,well-funded enterprises will increase investment in technology research and development,thereby promoting the upgrading of export product quality.Meantime,Digital finance has a spatial spillover effect on export product quality,that is,while digital finance promotes the quality improvement of local export products,it will also have a positive impact on the upgrading of export product quality in radiation areas.Moreover,the spatial spillover effect accounts for a relatively large proportion of the total effect of digital finance,indicating that the spatial spillover effect is obvious.Based on the results of the research,corresponding countermeasures are proposed.China should vigorously develop digital finance,establish and improve relevant laws and regulations on digital finance,build digital infrastructure,and coordinate interregional development.Improve the digital financial supervision system,set industry entry thresholds,and build a diversified risk management and control system.In addition,it is necessary to expand the scale of social credit,promote the improvement of regional technological level,give play to the spatial spillover effect of export product quality,and promote the overall improvement of export product quality.
