| In recent years,Chinese food safety has been widely concerned about,in order to help build a healthy China,improve the health of the people,make the action plan of healthy China,the health of the Chinese people is constantly improving at the same time,China is facing new challenges brought by different changes.As a major food producer and consumer,China wastes about 35 million tons of food every year.Where the wasted food goes and the recycling of discarded food have become the focus of social concern.Improper food recycling and disposal will harm people’s health,cause resource waste and environmental harm.Effective recycling and disposal of waste food is very important.However,the current laws and regulations of food recycling processing in our country are not perfect,some food production and sales merchants counter the wind in crime,ignoring the health of consumers.Therefore,how to effectively recycle waste expired food,ensure food safety,promote the full and effective use of resources is a problem to be solved.Based on this,this paper still has a large research space in the research field.Therefore,this paper will build a closed-loop supply chain model based on consideration of equity concern behavior,introduce multi-agent recyclers,and consider the decision-making problem of supply chain under different multi-agent equity concern behavior.Based on this situation,the profit model constructed by continuous time dynamic programming theory under different situations of food recycling supply chain will be analyzed,and the sensitivity of parameters will be compared and analyzed.The influence of relevant parameters of supply chain on supply chain decision-making was analyzed and discussed,which provided reference for the construction of Chinese food recycling processing system.The results show that in the different closed-loop food recycling supply chain models dominated by various supply chain entities,the average profit obtained by manufacturers is better than that obtained by retailers and third-party recyclers,and the third party recyclers have the lowest income.The influence coefficient of recovery input on the expected recovery rate and the cost saved by the manufacturer of recycling and manufacturing reproducts have a positive effect on the food recovery rate,and the attenuation coefficient affecting the recovery rate has a negative effect on the food recovery rate,thus affecting the benefits of each member of the supply chain.Therefore,increasing the influence coefficient of recycling input on the expected recovery rate,increasing the cost saved by manufacturers in recycling and manufacturing reproducts,and reducing the attenuation coefficient affecting the recovery rate will be conducive to the development of food recycling,solving the risk of backflow of discarded food,safeguarding people’s "tongue safety" and improving people’s sense of security and happiness. |
