Abstract/Summary:
Government is now important for the transformation and upgrading of the Chinese manufacturing industry and is strongly promoting the transformation of China from manufacturing to manufacturing. However,in recent years, epilepsy has significantly impeded the development of a large number of manufacturing companies in China, from its own country; In addition, the decline in the international economy and the sealing of nuclear technology for one country have further upgraded the problems of Chinese manufacturing companies. Therefore, our government has issued a certain tax order to encourage companies to improve information on their new technologies and increase investment i n R&D.These include monitoring and development,as well as the deduction policy of the most direct and targeted tax rates, which have been drawing attention from all lifestyles.Based on market failure and technological innovation, this thesis identifies the mechanism of action of why the R&D cost reduction guidelines can encourage manufacturing companies to increase R&D investment and thus improve the mechanism of innovation.By identifying a policy approach, the development of a policy approach on the results of the human and development programme has been summarised since 1996,which demonstrates the greater intellectual importance of the government for this policy approach. In addition, this thesis is published by a manufacturing company from 2015 to 2021 showing and using a double differential approach as a treatment to investigate the impact of improvements in R&D costs plus deduction policy in the notice(CS [2018] No 99)made in 2018 on R&D investments by manufacturing companies. In addition, this thesis also analyses the samples in groups according to different properties and areas to determine the concentration of the policy. Results show that the policy may actually encourage a manufacturing company to increase investment in R&D,but the results of further analyses show that compared to the state-owned manufacturing company, the policy is slower for the state-owned manufacturing company to increase investment in R&D;Compared to companies in other areas, manufacturing companies are more sensitive to the policy and have a better performance response. Finally, based on an analysis of the results of the study, this pap er makes the following recommendations:(1)to continue to improve the policy to reduce R&D costs;(2)Increase tax incentives for non-rich manufacturing companies;(3)We will increase support for manufacturing companies in the western and northeastern areas. The study value of this thesis is mainly based on the following two points: firstly,R&D costs plus deduction policy that has been studied in the previous is mainly the report(CS[2015] No 119),whereas the policy studied in this thesis is R&D costs plus deduction policy that is carried out in 2018,which is to increase the simple ratio plus deduction to75%,with a higher appropriate and temporary level.Secondly, increase the existing literature on R&D investment of manufacturing enterprises to provide data support for future policy reform.Thirdly, this thesis analyses the different effects of the policy on different individuals and takes results other than previous ones: The impact of the executive costs and the executive strategy on the manufacturing companies in the eastern region is not significant, which increases the possibility of investigations in this respect. On this basis, the results of the study and the reports contained in this thesis also provide educational guidance on corporate governance and the decision of the government.
