Under the background of economic globalization and innovation-driven development strategy, more and more enterprises go abroad to start international businesses. However, the home country is quite different from the host country, and international start-up enterprises are born with "outsiders’ disadvantages".How to implement the innovative development strategy suitable for the host country and efficiently allocate limited innovative resources has become a hot topic in academic and business circles. This study focuses on how to maximize the value of international entrepreneurial enterprises through strategic choice and resource allocation, that is,to explore the optimal solution of dual innovation of international entrepreneurial enterprises in the face of different host country environments.Based on the resource endowment theory, dynamic capability theory, organizational dualism theory and the domestic and foreign research on dualism innovation of international start-ups,this paper constructs an evolutionary game model of dynamic selection of exploratory and exploitative dualism innovation of international start-ups and a resource coordination allocation model to explore the optimal solution of dualism innovation of international start-ups.This study attempts to construct an evolutionary game model of international entrepreneurial enterprises, host government and host market to explore the dynamic selection mechanism of dual innovation of international entrepreneurial enterprises from the perspective of strategic orientation.Firstly, the stability strategy function expressions of the three factors are given respectively, then the system stability equilibrium point is obtained based on pure strategy equilibrium point, and the general solution of dynamic system stability is given in the form of eigenvalues. Finally, the influence of technological leading edge, outsider disadvantage, reward and punishment measures among the three factors on dual innovation and system evolution path of international start-ups is explored through simulation. The coordinated resource allocation model is based on the multi-stage resource demand function and income function of dual innovation of international entrepreneurial enterprises, and factors such as core competence rigidity and host country environment are embedded into the coordinated resource allocation model of dual innovation of international entrepreneurial enterprises.Based on core competence rigidity, the resource coordination function is constructed to realize the coordination of dual innovation. Then, based on the computer simulation experiment, the improved genetic algorithm is used to solve the model of coordinated allocation of resources to explore the optimal solution of coordinated allocation of dual innovative resources of international entrepreneurial enterprises. The results show that the increase of the schedulable resources, the threshold quantity of the host market and the exploratory innovation income can all improve the dual innovation economic benefits of international entrepreneurial enterprises. With the increase of the number of schedulable resources and the threshold of the host market, the allocation stage of dual innovation resources also increases, while the increase of the income ratio between exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation makes the allocation stage of resources show a downward trend, accompanied by the shift of the focus of dual innovation resources. This study constructs the logical relationship among international entrepreneurial enterprises, exploratory innovation, exploitative innovation, dynamic selection of innovation strategy and coordinated allocation of resources, enriches the related theories of dual innovation strategy dynamic selection and resource allocation of international entrepreneurial enterprises, and builds the evolutionary game model and coordinated allocation model of dual innovation of international entrepreneurial enterprises, which has certain reference value for international entrepreneurial enterprises’ innovative strategy decision-making. |
