| In the current era of frequent black swan events such as the COVID-19 pandemic, the Russia-Ukraine conflict and extreme weather, the risk of supply chain disruption is a huge challenge for enterprises.Supply chain disruption will lead to the interruption of information flow, logistics and capital flow in all links of the supply chain, thus reducing the degree of supply chain integration, and lead to production stagnation, order delay, customer satisfaction decline, corporate image damage and other consequences, and then have a negative impact on the competitiveness of enterprises and market position.Based on this background and the research of other scholars, this paper builds a basic theoretical framework centering on “supply chain disruption risk--supply chain integration--firm performance”,studies the relationship among these three, and explores the impact of environmental uncertainty on these relationships.Based on existing research, this paper first defines and elaborates the definitions and relationships of core variables such as supply chain disruption risk, supply chain integration, enterprise performance, and environmental uncertainty.Through literature review, combined with the research problems of this paper, put forward the research hypothesis and theoretical model. Then a questionnaire was designed and 622 valid sample data were obtained by taking employees in the information and communication technology manufacturing industry as survey respondents.SPSS27.0 and AMOS28.0 were used for descriptive statistical analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, mediating effect analysis and moderating effect analysis to verify the hypothesis and obtain relevant research conclusions. The results show that:(1)supply disruption, logistics disruption, demand disruption and internal disruption all have negative effects on enterprise performance.(2)Supplier integration, customer integration and internal integration are positively correlated with enterprise performance respectively.(3)Supplier integration, customer integration and internal integration all play a partial mediating role between supply chain disruption risk and enterprise performance.(4)Environmental uncertainty negatively moderates the relationship between supplier integration and enterprise performance;Environmental uncertainty negatively moderates the relationship between customer integration and firm performance;Environmental uncertainty negatively moderates the relationship between internal integration and firm performance. After the empirical analysis and discussion of the present research, the following management implications are obtained:(1)Enterprises can reduce the probability and severity of supply chain disruption risks through supply chain management and timely risk identification in the process of operation;(2)Managers should attach importance to the important role of supply chain integration in the impact of supply chain disruption risk on enterprise performance;(3)How to reduce the impact of environmental uncertainty on supply chain operations and enhance supply chain resilience,so as to improve enterprise performance,is worthy of further study and practice. |
