| At present,our country has achieved the goal of a moderately prosperous society and has now officially entered a brand-new stage of building a modern socialist country.Implementing rural revitalization has become the overall strategy of our party and state to solve the "three rural issues." The key to promoting rural revitalization is to develop rural industries and enrich the rural economy.Achieving industrial prosperity can provide a solid material basis for the priority development of agriculture and rural areas.In the context of rural revitalization,promoting the comprehensive development of rural industry has profound historical,practical and theoretical logic.Relying on the historical development process,China’s long-term research and practice have promoted the development of rural industries and achieved industrial prosperity.After the rural reform in the early stage of reform and opening up,agriculture,industry and service industries were gradually separated,and agricultural industrialization initially developed.Now,China’s rural industries have entered the stage of industrial integration.Through in-depth practice and research,the development of agricultural industry integration can effectively improve the recycling of low-level agriculture,solve the problems of resource and ecological constraints faced by agricultural development,and promote the transformation of agricultural modernization.In theory,the integration of agriculture with other industries is an inevitable choice so that rural areas can share in the fruits of the development of other industries.In 2015,China first proposed the rural industry integration development strategy,and formulated a series of measures to promote the development of rural industry.At present,although certain achievements have been made,the overall level of overall development is still relatively low,in the initial stage,the factors restricting development still exist,the main problem is the backward mechanism,due to the lack of close connection between interests,violations have occurred repeatedly,bringing serious losses to the interests of all parties,and at the same time becoming a major obstacle to the integrated development of rural industries.In order to solve the above problems,this paper takes the integration of tea tourism industry in Danjiangkou City as a targeted study,expounds the main research background and research objectives,reviews and sorts out the relevant literature on the concepts of industrial integration and rural industry integration mechanism,reviews and analyzes the theory of participatory development,agricultural multi-functionality theory,stakeholder theory and industrial integration theory,and lays a theoretical foundation for this paper,and uses empirical research methods to analyze the feasibility of the development model mechanism of tea tourism industry in Danjiangkou City.It is further found that the main reason for the hindrance of rural industrial integration is that the mechanism is not smooth,so according to the characteristics of tea culture and the promotion of tea culture,the exploration of tea tourism integration mechanism based on the concept of agricultural and tourism integration is proposed.On this basis,four major mechanisms for the development of tea tourism industry integration in Danjiangkou City are proposed: organization and coordination mechanism,industrial chain coordination mechanism,benefit sharing mechanism and service guarantee mechanism,and the relationship between the grassroots government,various new business entities and small farmers is explained under the coupling analysis of these four mechanisms,so as to conclude that the cultivation and union of multiple subjects is the foundation for realizing the integration of tea tourism industry,and only by organizing the majority of small farmers and new business entities to improve the construction of industrial integration mechanism.In order to truly realize the deep integration of the tea tourism industry in Danjiangkou City. |
