| In the increasingly competitive telecommunications industry,operators maintain their core competitiveness by improving employee satisfaction.Improving satisfaction can enhance employees’ work initiative and enthusiasm,improve work efficiency,improve team morale,and create greater value for the company.How to attract and retain talents by improving satisfaction is a difficult challenge for enterprises.PZ Telecom Branch attaches great importance to talent development,but in recent years,it has been found that there are frequent employee departures,campus recruitment cannot be full,which is not attractive for new employees,the happiness of current employees is reduced,and the morale of the team is low,In order to solve the existing problems at this stage,this thesis takes PZ Telecom Branch as the research object,starts from the discussion of employee satisfaction,analyzes the reasons affecting employee satisfaction,and hopes to put forward certain suggestions and countermeasures for the company to improve employee satisfaction.This thesis first adopts literature research to collect and sort out relevant literature and materials.Then,some representative employees of PZ Telecom Branch were selected for interviews,and the relevant factors affecting employee satisfaction were preliminarily summarized.Design questionnaires and conduct quantitative analysis.The results show that the employee satisfaction of PZ Telecom Branch is generally at a general level,and the satisfaction in the dimensions of salary and welfare and personal development is low.Finally,on the basis of the survey results and the actual situation of PZ Telecom Branch,the author puts forward a targeted strategy to improve the company’s satisfaction,hoping to improve the company’s management level and lay the foundation for the company’s sustainable development. |
